we opted for the restaurant at timber ridge over the food court and were extremely disappointed. the food was all overcooked and came out lukewarm warm. could not finish meal and had no interest in taking leftovers. we heard the table next to us complaining they waited 45 minutes for a salad. server was friendly which is the only reason they get two stars. would not be back.

How do you screw up breakfast so badly? Apparently, you make the food but then instead of bringing to the table, you leave it under a heat lamp for say…30 minutes or so? I’ve never had such dry and crumbly pancakes. And the marshmallows on the s’mores pancakes the kids ordered were so solidified (on top of the crumbly pancakes lol!) that it was impossible to cut them. And no coffee refill after the initial cup. Maybe it was just an off day, but it’s all I have to review on. Grab a donut and coffee from somewhere else, you will be happier.

Service was terrible, especially for an empty restaurant. Took over 50 minutes from the game we sat down to order and get our food. Don’t order the Nashville hot chicken. We ordered two at our table and both came out tasting completely burned. Any further requests took so much time to get.

We just stayed here at the Timber Ridge for the 2nd time. Family of 4. We went to the Moose and Maple for the 1st time. We went after we were done at the waterpark and arrived at the restaurant about 8:45. Service was excellent. We did not feel rushed even though they closed at 9:30. Restaurant was clean. Food was really good! We didn't get the opportunity to try breakfast but will try that next time hopefully. We had wings, Cheese~BLT, Salad, Loaded Baked Potatoe, kids chicken strips and kids mac and cheese.

Food was very underwhelming and lacked flavor our table ordered french toast, pancakes the has and breakfast burrito. The pancakes tasted like flour and were dry same with the french toast. the hasbrowns were the only thing that were edible. The waitress was very nice but we had to get her attention as she did not check up on us for refills or anything the resort is really nice so it's unfortunate the restaurant is not up to par.
I hate wasting money on food I didn't like. Wish I could have my money back.

Pros: Ribs, broccoli side very tender and buttery, spaghetti and meatballs yummy, local beers, great overlook of the indoor water park.
Cons: Couscous was a bit bland and didn’t have a great texture.
Overall a comfortable and convenient experience after a few active hours at the indoor water park!

Five times in a row and they still can’t get it together. Worst experience ever especially entertaining, friends, and family. The manager intimidated, our tables so much my daughter of six years old climbed under the table. That should tell you something.
