I ordered a to-go order for curbside pickup 2 weeks ago. Firstly I tapped the "I'm here" and no one came out so I had to go into the store to pickup my order. Once I got the food I asked if this was everything, even going over what i ordered (I ordered 1 salad and 2 extra breadsticks) and the server said yes just checked it everything's in there. Fast forward to when I got home with my food to find out they gave me an order of pasta and 1 breadstick. Clearly the server did not check!! I called to let them know I didn't get any of my food I ordered. The person I talked to on the phone asked if I wanted to come back or just a refund. I opted for the refund as I live about 25 minutes away and did not want to drive back. He told me that the manager would have to process it and could take up to 7 days to see the refund. It has been 2 full weeks and no refund has been issued. Disappointed to say the least as I spent money on a dinner I never got and was not able to eat plus I paid a tip, I just really hope the cooks got that tip! Will not be returning, have had nothing but terrible experiences at this restaurant recently.

ordered no Parmesan on my steak and shrimp and the plate came to the table not only with the parmesan sauce on it but they shredded parmesan on top of it. quite the terrible dish.

Food was great and service was even better. Brianna was quick to check on us and very knowledgeable about the menu. We were comfortable and left full. The interior is due for a refresh soon but it didn't hinder a comfortable visit. Would recommend as it's the only one left in Madison. Great margaritas as well. Thanks!

Good play for apps, generally a good place to eat. Got a woman server tonight which instead of gave me half priced apps charged me full price at 10 pm, didn't say anything paid the extra 30$ and still tipped 14$ but was shady. Instead of saving your costumer 30$ you took a extra 5$ tip which could have been 15-20, backwards customer service. Anyways drinks are cheap, I'll only ever buy drinks now, one person ruined it for everyone, oh well

Placed an order online for curbside pick up was due to be picked up at 6:07pm ended up showing up at 6:12 pm let them know I’m there and waited in my car for 15 minutes and finally got tired of waiting and went inside to pick up my order. Then had to wait another 5 minutes inside before someone acknowledged me let them know I had a pick up order they grabbed it off the counter god knows how long it was sitting there had 4 meals shoved into a tiny plastic bag about to bust. I Had to let them know I had drinks as well the gentleman sighed and I had to let them know what they where he said it’d be 5 minutes. I got the new rainbow lemonades to not even get the candy that comes with it. By the time I get home my food is room temperature. My children are missing there fry’s with their chicken tender meal. There was a hair in my husband’s potato’s. Just over all not a good experience and I will not be returning to this location.

The one on the West side of Madison ruined my birthday two years ago and I didn't want to ever go back but a friend got me a gift card so went to East side one and they were great. Service was good and food was hot and delicious. Thank you for restoring my faith in your restraunt.
