That staff are always super nice and helpful. The food is amazing (waffles fries are the best!). I've never had a bad experience at a Chick-Fil A. Excellent customer service :)

Just rude. Unlike other locations I've been to, they don't ask what kind of cheese you want, they just default to American. Then, they don't verify your name. The mgr called out "Melton" while looking at me. I asked "do you mean Malcolm?" Her snarky reply was "no, Melton!" I let her know that my name is Malcolm. She said "well the wrote it wrong. Here you go." Needless to say I won't be back.

Was not able to use the app to order breakfast, but the staff mentioned they were going to get it fixed.
