We have been coming to Eno Vino since they opened and have always enjoyed the food and our experience, but have not been in a few years. This time was definitely different, and not in a good way. It seems that they have lost their passion. Our booth had some chocolate stains (caked in), we had to get new plates because there were crumbs on ours when we arrived, there were some scratches on the table (and crumbs in the crevices in the table design), and dust on the half wall by our table. They also ran out of the filet, which we were looking forward to, in spite of us having not-to-late reservations (630). Our server was ok; a bit new and took a while with dessert and check. Luckily, the food and drinks continue to be delicious, and the wine selection outstanding. Hopefully next time we dine there, things will be better!

We celebrated our Valentine's at Eno with our daughter. The food, for the most part, was quite good, although one of our goat kabobs was nothing but gristle. As for the ambiance, we like Eno, and visit fairly often. That said, it is time to do a little maintenance. Things are starting to look worn. Also, a screen or lattice on the half wall over-looking the wait station on the way to the rest rooms, is a MUST. Yes, it is a delight to look at the kitchen, but not so much, when you're looking at a bit of an understandable mess, and the path everyone must use to get to the bathrooms. As usual, the wait staff was lovely and receptive. And the beverages were great. Overall, a very nice evening, but management, time to fix things up a bit...

Fist time at this restaurant and I'd make a return trip. The food is served tapas style and the portions were generous. Don't let the exterior entry fool you as it's positioned in the corner of a strip mall.

What a dinner we had! We came for the restaurant week specials and I can tell you right off the back they did not disappoint.Let's get some details out of the way first. I filled out the 'special request' section on opentable it seems like no one in the restaurant was aware of it, not a huge deal but if you do have a special request I would recommend trying another avenue. Secondly, we ordered an additional item (bruschetta) and requested it with our appetizers, it arrived midway between the main course and dessert.Lastly, my girlfriend and I had just finished our January Daniel Fast so our taste buds were slightly deprived leading up to this meal. Now, onto the meal!We decided to go with a bottle of the Louis Martini 2020 Cab. Take that as you will. The beets with the verde sauce were very tasty, the whipped goat cheese was light and delightful. The tomato soup.... I would do vaguely unethical things to eat this on a regular basis! Holy moly I was blown away by the flavors of the soup and the surprise grilled cheese garnish was just amazing. I would eat this all day every day. Bury me with it.The barbacoa tacos with consomé, also a big winner here. Delightfully spicy and tender. The shells were unique without getting in the way. The whole flavor was magical... I wish I had been the one to order it.The salmon was good, also tons of flavor with a deliciously crispy skin. The curry sauce with the veggies was delightful and I would have liked more of it. If you're normally a fish person I think you will enjoy this a lot. The only problem with it was that it was not the above. C'est la vie.The fresh mozzarella bruschetta was also simply divine. Tough to eat a whole piece while getting mozzarella in both bites though. It was more than enough and we ended up taking half home. The desserts were delicious and decadent and everything we had been missing while not eating sugar for the past 21 days. I preferred the creme brulee, which was a little eggy, over the cheesecake which had a tougher texture. They both had the caramel/burnt sugar going for them but it shined more in the creme brulee so if you want something fruitier I would stick with the cheese cake. All in all we had a wonderful time and left in high spirits! Thanks so much for the wonderful meal Eno Vino!

Eno Vino did not disappoint. The evening with our friends was perfect. The espresso martini was rich and creamy. The appetizers were packed with flavor, but not filling. The truffle fries were crunchy with a definite truffle flavor. The tuna was fresh and tasty, with just a touch of wasabi. The bruschetta was also fresh, a mix of salty and sweet. My filet was a perfectly prepared medium, tender and marshmallow soft. The beurre rouge was a wonderful complement to the dish. I also loved the scallops. Buttery garlic pieces of bread rounded out the soft and scrumptious scallops, sweetened ever so slightly by the pieces of fig.Our table was totally satisfied with the ‘hot chocolate brownie’. It really tasted like hot chocolate! The slightly roasted marshmallows and crunchy brown sugar topping just took the dessert to another level. Yummm. But, I hope to return soon, and get a taste of that ‘Wisconsin Winter’ dessert.

Music was too loud but was turned down upon request (hard rock and not conducive to dining). Tables were too close together. With diners seated, neither guests nor wait staff could walk through. Guest with walker was trapped and diners had to get up to let her out. Restaurant week menu specified the chicken skewer entree as gluten free but wait staff told us it was not gf and they would modify it to be so. This could be a problem for gf diners that don't specifically mention their need for dishes to be gf. Tomato soup was good. Chicken skewers were ok but nothing special. Roasted cauliflower was deemed not good and left uneaten by my vegetarian guest. Creme brulee was ok but nothing special. There was no gf dessert offered so I received berries in a cough syrup like liquid-also not good. Menu items appear to be hit and miss but service was attentive. We will not be back.

The 2024 Winter Restaurant Week menu was phenomenal. Our favorites were the roasted beets, short rib tacos, and creme brulee. Server Jen was friendly and attentive, meal was well paced, we look forward to going back to order from the full menu

We attended need the NYE dinner. The food was good. However, the execution on their 5 course meal needed some work. The food was not warm, they put us all on top of each other around the outside of the dining area and left the majority of the center tables empty and the scallops were the tiny ones. We will try it again, not during a special event but I hope they improve their execution of special events.
Overall pretty good food. The fried lobster dish tastes great but is tiny for the high price.

We felt rushed. They tried to clear plates while we were still eating from them. Savvy restaurant tip: You NEVER clear a diner's plate if their dining partner is still eating. As in NEVER. Even if God is waiting for a table. The serving etiquette needs to be stepped up.

Started bringing out courses without seeing a server to take wine order, rubbing elbows with tables left and right of us. Very impersonal, food was good although 4th course was cold which was disappointing. Wouldn't recommend for a new years meal, waited 15 minutes for table past reservation and couldn't get a bartenders attn for a drink. Love this place normally, New years not so much.

Welcoming at the door. Friendly efficient waitstaff. Excellent menu as usual. The one problem - and it was not expected - was that one of our party of six did not get her food for at least 5 minutes after the rest of us. I put this on the kitchen, not the waitress. But, she did not apologize. The food was very good, we were not rushed, and had a nice time. We will be back, but I wanted to share this issue.

This was my first time at Eno Vino. It's a great place to have a conversation and enjoy delicious small plates. The green beans, St. Louis Ribs and Scallops were fabulous. I'll be back.
