I tried the new Parmesan Chicken Meatball Sub and it was delicious (see video). With the app, you can customize any sub. I picked whole wheat bread and added tomato (came diced and cooked), caramelized onions and caramelized peppers and Italian seasoning. Great additions at no extra charge. The large sub was big enough for two of us to share!The chicken meatballs were surprisingly good! The marinara sauce was super tasty.

I ordered ahead online for a pick up at the mineral point rd Madison location and paid with my credit card. When arrived to pick up my order I was told there was no order under my name, the manager was very rude and said she couldn’t help me, I tried to show her my email confirmation for my order, again very rudely she told all I could do is place another order and pay for it. I would have to figure it out. So I did, and I was told they contacted the store an d my order was picked up so they couldn’t refund my money. So I was charged twice. When I called firehouse the manager hung up on me. I will never eat here shain

Avoid this place at all costs! The employees just stand around and talk to one another. They bring their children to work and avoid customers. They take over 15 minutes to make your sub and it also takes them forever to take your order. They all have better things to do then to help you. While I was waiting for my sub (only customer) I saw a woman stand at the counter for 5 minutes before they took her order. The man was too busy flirting with the employees to do his job. The restaurant was dirty, not stocked and unwelcoming. I have also submitted a letter to corporate with names regarding my experience this week. I used to love eating here, but this establishment as gone downhill so fast with the group now running it.

Came into the restaurant 5 mins before they closed. Brock Lesnars' twin daughter was at the counter, and she rudely asked me what I wanted. She took my order then called for Guadalupe Martinez to come out and make my sandwich, and as she made it, she stared at me in disgust because I came in 5 mins before they closed. She handed me the sandwich I said that you and in true Madison Wisconsin fashion she replied with silence....

Unbelievable! I stood there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged or anyone even walking to the register to take my order. The employees saw me waiting. No apology. I was the only customer in there! Then, after I ordered, the employee making the sandwiches disappeared into the back room. I had already paid otherwise I would have left. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

My veggie sub was not only missing several ingredients, but had some items in it that were unappetizing. The caramelized onions and peppers were a no-show, and decent, edible tomato slices were nonexistent. The onions were in the form of round white raw slices. There was an abundance of sautéed mushrooms, which nearly saved the day, but didn't. However, I was impressed with the sustainable cardboard sandwich packaging. Not sure if its worth ordering from Firehouse again, but I wanted to try it.

Okay spot. My first time at a firehouse. I ended up waiting like 10 mins to pick up. Other than that the staff was fine. The food was nice enough. The decor is not my idea of a fun place to eat and the prices did not match the vibe or food quality. Pressuring for a tax write off after I ordered always rubs me the wrong way as well. I probably won't return.

I DoorDash and I avoid coming here since they are always so short staffed and busy. I pull up today at 635 and I waited in my car since the order wasn't set to be ready until 643.... When I originally pulled up, I saw an employee sitting in the window and nobody behind the counter... I decided to walk in at 640 and two workers came from the back after the guy in the window yelled for them and low and behold, the order wasn't even started yet!! This store SUCKS employees suck and obviously customer service is not first!!

The subs are awesome! I love this place.usually everyone is nice. Sometimes I feel they're to busy doing something else. I miss the little saying they use to say when you walk in. Please keep the lime coke I love that.
