I’ve gone to Jersey Mike's the last couple years on their Giving Day.My wife and I decided to eat at the one near East Towne mall here in Madison on March 27th, 2024.When we got there, they were out of bread but that was rectified fairly quickly, the lady who greeted us and prepared our food was Great!The reason for the 1star review is that the music they were playing was extremely inappropriate for any kind of restaurant or even any place that caters to children.The lyrics, if you want to call them that, just continued to say,F*** Me, F*** Me, F*** Me through the whole song.If this is acceptable to Jersey Mikes, I will never be a customer of theirs again and I guarantee I will let all my family and all our friends, who I haven’t already told about this terrible experience!

AWFULLLLLL!! Id give zero stars if possible. Team came here on way home from trip and waited over 2 1/2 hours for them to complete the order we had put in 2 weeks prior. After finally waiting 2 1/2 hours for food 3 of my teammates did not get food ( they did with an extra 10 minutes and request of making) and every person that got a BLT only got bread and bacon. I have nothing good to say about this place. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

Playing vulgar music, definently not what ownership would want playing, cannot hear staff over said music, felt like we we bothering them by coming in to purchase and eat food. Don't recommend this location, try others. Would recommend the one in Janesville for sure!

Always delicious. Fresh made hot subs are the subs to go for. Philly and cheese will be your favorite. You can get mushrooms onions and peppers, and since it's made fresh for you, you can ask for any ingredient to go light if you choose.

Ordered a cheesteak with double meat and double provolone with no onions or peppers. They left onions and peppers on it. The cook fixed me a brand new one with a lil more quantity than before and no onions or peppers. Super fresh and hot and OH SOOOO GOOODD !!!

Was really enjoying getting food from this location on East Town. Ordered food to be delivered and only sandwiches were delivered. I called the store and was told they were too busy to take care of me. I contacted customer support thru text and they said they would forward a message to the franchise owner. That was a week ago and no one has contacted me yet. I will no longer order from them if they can't be troubled to offer customer support.

Obnoxious kid arguing with me over what Mike’s way is. I know what Mike’s way is, I didn’t order my sandwich Mike’s way, so why are you making an inaccurate remark at me with a total attitude? Keep your comments to yourself and just make the sandwich the way I ask for it. On top of this, the quality is less than what I get at other Jersey Mike’s locations.
