Quite simply one of the best meals of my life. Couldn't fault it at all. Wonderfully flavoured food, great atmosphere and good service (I'm vegan and the waiter talked us through the menu very clearly). Extremely reasonably priced - we paid $34 for enough food for two. I hope to come back here every time I'm in Madison!

Loved everything I ordered. The bhajiya were crunchy and flavorful, and not oily. The mushroom and paneer momo were lovely. The outside of the dumpling was soft and chewy, the inside delicate. The vegetable soup was a surprise. I will be back!
only place in madison where i could find somewhat close to Nepali cuisine. Would love to see more items added to their menu

Absolutely loved it here! Will definitely be back! The restaurant is so small and quaint. I loved the decor and the food was amazing. I ordered the chicken momo with red sauce, Roti, Mango Lassi, & soup. They were all 10/10. I also ordered the mushroom paneer momo that was a 6/10. All for $40! Then the restaurant gives you the option to buy frozen momos to take home. Be sure to book ahead because theres normally a wait.

Amazing momo, real homemade flavors, and an atmosphere with soul. Start with the green tea with ginger and turmeric honey and end your meal with the mango ice cream with toasted coconut. A tiny, cozy gem.Vegetarian options: Excellent veggie selection
If you want hand made in-house Momo’s this is the place to go! Lentil soup is great too.Small cozy atmosphere, no big sign out front, but worth finding!

Such an amazing little restaurant. It's a very cozy and comforting atmosphere. Service was quick, and the waiter Mathew took his time to explain the different dishes to me. The chicken masala had a bit of heat, and was some of the best I've had. I tried the momo (Tibetan dumplings). Although I don't remember which kind I ordered, they were big and juicy. A real delight. I ordered chicken stir fried noodles to go. I will definitely be coming back to this gem.

Best restaurant in Madison. Service occasionally slow as they are sometimes a bit understaffed. Get there early and enjoy customizable, handmade tibetan dumplings with your choice of filling and preparation. Especially recommend the chicken curry, bajia, and any momo with green jhol soup plus a moderate helping of the ground chilis. The lentil soup is also very good.
I have never written a Yelp review for any restaurant, but I had to say something about this place. The food is beyond incredible, one of the best meals I've ever had in my 21 years of living. My boyfriend and I ordered the lassi, appetizer, beef momo, chicken curry, and rice pudding dessert. Every single thing was AMAZING and so full of flavor. Not to mention the restaurant's cozy, comfortable ambiance. Caleb was a great server as well. Beyond friendly and gave amazing recommendations! Truly one of the greatest food experiences I've ever had. Could not recommend this place enough!!
