Yummy cinnamon roll! Supurb breakfast and service. Fun location to watch the planes coming and going on a Sunday morning. Very busy spot. I highly recommend a reservation. We were seated immediately because we called ahead.

We went to the Jet Room for breakfast as soon as they opened on a Sunday, we had a biscuit and gravy Benedict and a crab Benedict. Food was 3/5 service and ambiance 5/5. Especially fun if you bring some little ones to watch the action!

Excellent service. Great Diner experience. Loved the omelette and hasbrowns. Friend had the cheese burger and thought it was fantastic. Loved watching the planes take off and land.

I tried to make a reservation for 6, and inquired with Nick who answered my call about available times for a specific date that I had in mind. He told me to "call back when I knew what I wanted, because I have people standing in front of me." He was absolutely rude. I suggest going to a different restaurant based on how terrible this employee treats people.

Jet room is a wonderful restaurant experience! Situated right on the tarmac of an active airstrip servicing small jets and prop planes, it is wonderful to watch the planes land and taxi right up to 40’ of the diner windows!Inside the restaurant is pure classic diner. Cozy and simple, great light from the big windows, and close familial quarters between the small tables and the bar.The food varies…but is generally quite good. Today I had crab cake Benedict…it was tasty but a bit dry and the poached egg was way overcooked.Wait staff is attentive and welcoming!Parking can be a challenge in the small dedicated parking look shared by both diner and airport peopleIf you like planes this is a must!

Easily my favorite restaurant in the Madison area. The food is great, the staff are friendly and take great care of you, and I absolutely love the airport setting. The Jet Room is our go-to when family or friends visit from out of town and we love spending Saturday mornings here. Get the cinnamon roll.Be prepared to wait for a bit for a table since the seating is somewhat limited and it’s a very popular place, but the lobby at Wisconsin Aviation is a great place to wait for your table. Kids (and adults like me) love watching the aircraft, the furniture is comfortable, and they have coffee! As of this writing, they also have call-ahead seating and reservations, so take advantage of that if you have a larger party to avoid a longer wait.

I tried to place a pickup order but decided I wanted to dine in! They said they would put me on a call ahead order and note that I was in a rush! The food came out so quick I was so surprised! Aswell everyone that works their pitches in to make sure you are getting the best service possible! I really enjoyed eating here and the workers made me feel super appreciated! The food was so so good, I will be back! The other reviews are true to their word!

Loved it. It's a cozy venue and the food and service are amazing. I ordered the crab cake eggs Benedict. 4/5 stars because I felt chilly at times while dining (in December) due to sitting quite close to the large wall of windows but the hot food and coffee warmed me up enough that the unpleasantness was short-lived.
A nice menu and interesting selections. If you get the cinnamon roll, be aware that it will likely feed your entire table! The Salmon Benedict is my favorite.

If you like good food and Airplanes this is the most outstanding restaurant in Madison! My only regret is that they close at 2pm. I could spend all afternoon there watching take off and landing and drinking their fine coffee. The wait staff has a passion for serving and is always ready to talk about airplanes. Watching the line cooks is a well organized performance. They compliment each other. My go-to whenever new folks come to town.

For starters, I stumbled upon this place on google maps. For having flown out of MSN a few times did I ever know there was a restaurant on the other side of the runway. I made reservations, I would highly recommend that! It was a very busy atmosphere for the middle of the day but the waitress was very attentive and very generous and informative. I of course, loved the experience of all the planes the only thing that as I am sure anyone would agree is that it felt a little rushed but that’s presumably due to all the people coming in and not due to their own fault. I guess that’s why you keep going back, right?! ? Overall, great experience.Parking: A bit busy in regards to parking. It is believed they had some program going on so that probably had something to do with it.

What can you say? The Jet Room is beyond great if your head is in the clouds. To sit near the window and watch the private jets roll in and out, plus all the small prop planes is a thrill. The wait staff is cheerful and always on point As a former line cook it is amazing to watch the cooks deal with the rush. These guys work together so well there is never a miss step. My go-to place in Madison for Breakfast and Lunch. I am always happy when I have guests and I get to bring them here
