They constantly screw up orders and orders are rarely ready at the time promised. After once again receiving the wrong sandwich, I've given up on them. I received a tuna sandwich which wasn't what I ordered and it was absolutely disgusting!

When ordering off the menu when they ask you what you want, specify exactly what you want on it, because if you say everything on it, everything on the entire menu is put on the sandwich, not everything that the menu says comes on the sandwich. Still good but for a sandwich with no mods make sure to say just what comes on the menu

Update: I tried this place one more time after the review below and it was the worst experience I've ever had ordering a sub. Griffin, the 'manager' was the rudest person I've ever encountered in the food industry - he told me straight up they just don't care if they lose customers or if I get my sandwich or not. He said nobody cares at potbellys. My sandwiches were never made after hours on the phone where I was lied to over and over....and good luck contacting customer service to get a refund....Worst place ever. Never again. If I could give them a zero I would.Original review: The last couple of times I ordered was great but tonight was a total miss. I rarely (never?) leave bad reviews but this was so disappointing I probably won't order again.The order was 30+ minutes late to start, but I'm an understanding person as a former food service worker and I know Friday night can be tough, so I shrugged that off.But then the food arrived and the sandwiches were so Sloppy! ... thrown together and terribly cold. My sandwich was cut one and a half(?) times - like they were going to cut it in four and realized too late... but didn't remake the sandwich or cut it all the way through. As a result everything was oozing out. It was gross. It also wasn't made to order -- they added ingredients I don't eat. The milkshake was complete liquid. Inedible.At $10 a sandwich and $6 a shake (+added tax and fees) I expect better than to throw it in the garbage.

The staff seemed annoyed that we even came here… as if we were intruding on a party we weren’t invited to. The amount of meat given was utterly abysmal. If a sandwich costs $10, I expect more than 25 cents worth of meat on it. Go to any other potbelly if you actually want a hearty sandwich. First time Potbelly’s has ever let me down. They are normally very generous with their meat portions, hence my return visits to this establishment.

Stopped in on 12/20/23 to get a sandwich. Went through Drive-thru to pick up order. Ordered 2 sandwiches. 1 Big "A Wreck" with Lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, and Italian seasoning. 1 Big "Italian" with no cheese, mayo, mustard, lettuce, hot peppers, and pickles. Got home and the Italian sandwich that I ordered was completely incorrect. The Drive-thru staff gave me someone else's order and gave my sandwich to someone else. I received sandwich 1 of 2 for Order 603 and Sandwich 1 or 1 for Order 605. The Drive-Thru attendant didn't seem to know what items went with what order, and at the time I should have double checked but because there were only 3 people in the Drive-thru and she was the first order, I thought it would be ok. Lesson learned. Very disappointed that whoever put the items together did not double check the order. From now on I will have to go inside to watch and make sure I get the correct items.

Ordered subs online at 2 to be delivered at 8. They were never even made. Contacted manager and he lied repeatedly then hung up on me. Then order cancelled. This place sucks lolCousins makes a way better sub

Worst service i’ve probably ever experienced lol it’s so crazy. I actually factor in the fact that the workers are so bad into my decision of getting Potbelly. I walk out of this Potbelly frustrated almost ever time because I always have to hold the workers’ hand through their job, none of them know how to do anything. Not only that, even when the place is empty there will be a million workers yet only one of them will help you while the other workers just stare at the wall and drool. And then the one single worker that helps you doesn’t know what a pick your pair is (i actually had one of the workers ask me what that was), they put all the wrong stuff on your sandwich because they refuse to ask you for reassurance, and then not one of the workers knows how to insert a pick your pair into the machine so it takes 10 years to leave and then you over pay because they just charge you separately for everything since they don’t know how to insert it. It’s actually insane there. you can actually feel the workers become depressed when a customer walks in because they actually have to do their jobs now. The only one who seems competent is the middle aged tattoo man.

This was takeout, 4 sandwiches. I always order A Wreck Skinny with double meat. My wife did an online order and didn't request the double meat. The sandwich had barely 2 slices of meat, should have been one of each kind for a total of 4 slices, and a measly little thin THIN slice of cheese. Mostly I had a bread sandwich. The other 3 sandwiches were ok.

Absolute worst take out experience I’ve ever had. We placed an order for pick up and arrived at the exact time stated (that was already about 25-30 minutes long) to pick up two sandwiches and a kids meal. After waiting 45 minutes in the drive through (because we already paid) we arrived at the window to discover they had not even started. From there it took an additional 30 minutes to finish. When we got to the car, they left off a bag of chips and two drinks that we had ordered. The staff was working very hard but they were very understaffed on a holiday weekend.

Food is great and loved the energy from the girl at the window. She made my whole experience just being her awesome self wish I caught her name but she was lovin on my dreads and just made me smile
