I stumbled upon this place a couple of years ago! I had/have no idea what’s in the teas but whatever it is, it helps!! It gives me the much needed energy to be more effective at my job, which is physically demanding at times! Brittany goes into detail about the ingredients and benefits of her teas!! Check them out for yourself!! I recommend ANY and EVERYTHING, but my go to is the Protein smoothie bowl!!

Omg yall I love it here. The”OG” smoothie bowl will have you in another world. The shakes and energy drinks are so good and refreshing. I promise you won’t be disappointed with anything you have not tried before at this place. I highly recommend
