Took my wife there for her birthday, hoping she would enjoy it as she loves seafood. I do not recall everything she ordered, but we ordered a lot. The endless shrimp she said was way too salty she was disappointed in how little meat was on the crab she ordered. I ordered a cheeseburger when the food finally arrived my burger didn't have anything I ordered on it look to be a nice size burger probably would have enjoyed it but by the time they brought me everything that was supposed to be on my burger it was cold and seem to be drying out it was ok for being cold but was still very disappointed the kid's had the Mac and Cheese and the chicken strips they ate what they could and I finished it for them they had good flavor and the chicken was tender the end less biscuits are amazing the girls did like watching the lobsters in the tank but all and all was very disappointed for the price and the quality of the food for the way everyone was saying how good the place is as for me I will not be going back and will not recommend this restaurant . But the waitress we did have was amazing and tried to do everything she could to make our experience better, but unfortunately, it wasn't her service that failed the cook and the quality of the food was at fault
My husband and I generally come here at least once a year for dinner. Their biscuits are always delicious. Unfortunately, their prices went up while their food quality and quantity goes down. I understand inflation is affecting everything, but it shouldn’t affect quality. The service is always great! The restaurant is always clean

Our Server was excellent, but the quality of the food was not good. The biscuits were not fresh, and our tables food was overall not good. I've been to this location many times and typically the food is good and fresh, but this time I was really disappointed in the quality of the food.

Just had a great lunch here!!! From the minute we walked in, hostess Sam was such a sweetheart and our waitress Bridget was awesome!!! Food was incredible!!! Keep it up; we will be back!

The food was good, however, if everyone in your party is ordering anything besides the endless shrimp... the endless shrimp is not a good selection.We had a party of 6 & 2 of us ordered endless shrimp. To avoid waiting for shrimp, we ordered the "endless" selection of shrimp when we received our original plate. Everyone was done eating & we were still waiting on "grilled shrimp" (making grilled shrimp @ home takes approximately 4 min). Everyone in our party had to wait an extra 10 min. after we were through eating + the time it took us to eat our shrimp. Then the waitress asked if we wanted more?? After the 2nd order took approximately 20 min? It would have been incredibly rude for us to order any more shrimp & make the other guests wait 30 more minutes doing nothing. So I paid for endless shrimp, but couldn't really take advantage of the endless shrimp. Maybe this is their tactic??

Arrived mid-afternoon. It was still quite steady, but no wait in line for a table/booth. Excellent customer service, there was someone to greet us at the entrance. The waitress was very attentive to our arrival. Very patient and helpful while we were looking over all the delicious items on the menu.No delay in refills on my husband's coffee. No chance for an empty cup.Plenty of rolls and even asked for 2nds.The meals arrived with no delay.If you love broccoli this is an awesome side choice. My lobster linguine was a very large portion for having 2 sides to go with, plus the rolls before the meal even arrived. The mango lemonade is not lacking in any way. Nice large size glass. The flavor was just the right mixture with no skimping on the mango.Overall I say that I had an excellent experience. Highly recommend for anyone that wants a very nice relaxing atmosphere along with wonderful service and excellent food to go on forever.Dietary restrictions: The menu has some dietary information about each item. I know the waitress we has would have been more than helpful to answer questions, and if she didn't know she would definitely find the correct answer.

My wife and I were looking forward to Lobster Fest only to be disappointed with our meals. The best part of our visit were the Cheddar Biscuits and baked potatoe. We showed up after the noon rush, everything started off well. I wanted the Lostar Tails and Loster & Schrimp Fetichini, however there was no lobster in the fetichini. I was really disappointed with the tails, in my opinion all of the seafood was over cooked. I didnt like the seasoning on one of the tails, it tasted like it had a strong Romano cheese flavoring however it didn't have any cheese on it.Next time we'll go to a non-chain seafood restaurant.
