So we were in Rockys rococos today. We ordered a med all meat with mushrooms. 35 minutes passed i went and asked about our pizza. The guy went and checked came back told me they made the pizza wrong they didn't put the mushrooms on. So he asked if i would like them to make another pizza for us so we could take it home. I agreed so they were going to bring the one they made wrong to us. Well the guy came over told me that he was wrong and our pizza was behind the other one. So everything was good right...our pizza was coming out of the oven 10 minutes later we finally got it. With mushrooms on it alright. They took the wrong pizza they made us and tossed some mushrooms on top threw it back in the oven to warm the mushrooms. They were not even cooked. As the guy walked away i said it out loud what i thought they did. So when he came back out to the dinning room i called him out on it. Asked why he lied to me the mushrooms were just laying on top. Told him it was uncalled for lying to his customers. He had absolutely nothing to say to me. Didn't apologize but agreed with me thats what they did. Now wouldn't u think they would try and make it right. Nope they didn't. So disappointed. Will not be returning. This was the Rockys on mineral point road Madison WI.Parking: Parking...well when u park be choosey on ur parking. Ur car may get hit. They should rethink the parking stalls. Seriously.

Tree Lane location has fallen far from a once premium Rocky’s dining experience. Dining room was dirty. We placed an order for a cheese pizza slice and was told a 15 minute wait. 20 mins later after approaching the counter was told it was 8 more mins. Still don’t have it after 15 additional minutes. Numerous frustrated customers. Disappointing visit.

We have been coming to Rocky’s since it opened in the 70’s. We loved the salad bar. This salad bar for $8,69 was terrible. Limited salad dressing in packages,, 6 inch salad plate, no eggs., no seeds, no toppings. Croutons in little packets with no flavor. It’s 12:30 and the place is empty.

My stars dropped because the young Spanish speaking woman who took my order was having a simultaneous phone conversation through her earbud and appeared offended when I didn't understand what she had asked me...sorry lady, but I don't answer questions I can't make out, like how? The phone situation was distracting...I was stunned by such a bizarre interaction... my recommendation is to cool it on the phone talks when working... it was sad to see the "Get in the Game" kid/game section remains closed....bring it back rockys, please (: the food was good. Bryan was nice! The place was decorated very cutely with Christmas lights and all. & Very clean. This encounter doesn't deter my return, but front counter service standards are essential to the food chain industry.

Reliable local franchise with consistent quality. This location is clean, with friendly counter service. Salad bar quality exceeded exceptions.
Mediocre pizza. The worst part is, the last two times I've ordered to pick up pizza, they didn't even start the pizza till I was there. I ordered over an hour in advance by the way. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Way overpriced. 12” cheese pizza, large order of breadsticks, large order of cheesesticks, and an order of wings with delivery and tip cost $62. Same order at Pizza Hut would be $40.Wings were not crisp at all. Most of the cheesesticks, the cheese cooked out.The 12” pizza, we got the thin crust was good.Pizza was delivered by a doordash driver. My food containers were not sealed with any kind of tape or stickers. So that’s fun.
