Delicious! Great price. Its also authentic, which is important to me and can be hard to find in the midwest. I don't love the ambiance here for dining in the restaurant, but the food is really, really, good. Go for the food. By the way, don't try to park next to it, you see it's downtown!

Basic restaurant but the noodle with beef tripe was delicious. Order taker was nice and accommodating.

Ordered to go.Had the vegetable noodle and the duck noodle.Almost every single bite of duck had small bones in it. Lots of small cits of the duck too where there was as much bone as duck.Dangerous and annoying. This is an obviously terrible decision. Why would I want to pick through my food...which has a bowl of liquid?Aside from that, the primary flavor of every other ingredient was salt and nothing else. No idea why this place has this many stars.Change your name to Salt and Bones.Never gain.

So excited to stop in for dinner here as it was yet another on my "Madison need to try" list. Yummy noodles and broth - my only wish is that the bok choy had a bit more of a bite to it; it felt like that had been swimming for a while. Otherwise it had great flavor and the noodles had a great chew. I also had some dumplings and I forced myself to save some for the next day. Good stuff! Easy parking with nearby garages and it's always fun to walk state street on your way to dinner. Plenty of tables inside and very friendly service.

Amazing broth in the spicy beef with hand pulled noodles. But no real spoon to eat it! So sad to struggle with this worthless plastic spoon to eat the amazing broth. Food: great. Utensils: do better.

By far the best Asian noodle shop I have ever been to. Quaint atmosphere with adequate window seating to watch people walk by on State Street. Staff friendly and they bring your food out once you are seated. The dumplings tasted great and there was more than we could eat. The portion size was big for the soup noodle dishes with plenty of chicken and vegetables. The noodles themselves tasted amazing. The place to go to for authentic Asian food. Would go back in a heartbeat. Since on State Street the parking sucked so be prepared to walk to get there from the parking garage a block away if you have difficulty walking. We had the pork egg roll, dumplings, Bao, chicken with noodles.

We got the hand-pulled noodles and duck and the udon noodles and chicken. The noodles were fantastic, the BBQ pork bao buns and other appetizers we tried were delicious and flavorful. The service was also quick for a made-in-house experience.Unfortunately, the chicken had a strange texture with minimal flavor and the duck, while tasty, was about half bone in each slice, like a rib was cut into slices. I'd definitely go for the appetizers if I came again, but would likely avoid the meat options for the noodles.

The flavor of the noodles is kinda bland, but the appetizers and the service were pretty good. The dining room is fairly small, but is good to dine in for a group of 4-5 people. Definitely recommend the pork dumplings with chives, scallion pancake, and BBQ bao buns.

I took out dinner from here. Everything was ready in 10 minutes. Spicy beef hand pulled noodles was the best thing I had here. Shredded chicken cold noodles was good as well. I also went for a three bun mix combo. Red bean bun was my favorite. Other ones were ok.

I understand the hype! Of all the Asian spots in the area, this was definitely my favorite spot. Broth was flavorful and I loved the spice.
