Amazing work by the staff members Matthew & host Haley tonight as they were seen keeping up with all of the tasks, tables and demands of customers. My table and I were quiet disgusted with the multiple tables left dirty by the three other staff members that decided to tend to a baby, lean against the bar watching the other two run orders, hide in the kitchen & then later yell at Matthew and Haley for the work they had done. Came here a few times during my stay in the area for work. Every time i came in, there was no wait, and we were seated immediately, or i ate at the bar. The staff was always friendly and the food was always great. Even on their wing special days, service remained excellent despite there being more business than normal. It's one of the better BWW I've been to.
