Place is a hit and miss, ordered my breakfast and took 20mins for me to receive it. Then went to get just a bag for my food....waited almost 5mins...for a bag!! There were 4 people....they need to be retrained on customer

It took then 4 times to get my order right. Ordered 2 mcdoubles plain only onion. Each time it had combo of ketchup n pickles. Like really. PLAIN only onion.

They took are order which took 15 minutes and when we got to the window they said our order wasn’t showing up and we had to do it all over again and the worker who took our order was snappy and looked high and I saw a workers underwear very disappointed

Had a mobile app order that I usually get around 3:30 AM and the staff tend to get the order out most of the time. Unfortunately this time I didn’t receive my order due to their “systems being down,” so they couldn’t fulfill any card payment orders. In reply I said I could pay in cash instead for a regular order which was then turned down as a solution due to the system not being able to tell the staff what the menu prices were. The only thing they said was that I could come back 50 mins and they can fulfill my mobile order which would only serve breakfast at that point. Would appreciate better service if possible next time.

I ordered a double qp with cheeses, only ketchup and mustard meal on the app. I paid on the app. It was 10:35 in the evening. I ordered from the parking lot, then went to the door to pick it up as the app said it would be at the counter. The doors were locked, so I had to go through the drive through. I have them the code from the app, and proceeded to wait 20 minutes in line (25 minutes after the order was placed) and the gentleman came to the window I have him my name, and code again. I mentioned tune length of time elapsed after the order, and asked if it's indeed hot since the bag and soda were already sitting by the window. A lady was quite rude, and said it was freshly made as I was pulling up. I thanked them, took the food, and drove 3 blocks to home. I got home to find a cold burger, what appeared to be a half full medium fry cartoon, and they were cold also. Saved $.90 on the app for a long wait, and cold food. Won't ever go back to this McDonald's after dark again, and most likely won't use the app as this store doesn't have its lobby hours listed on it. 1 star is overly generous in my opinion
