Stopped by for a whopper and onion rings. Looking forward to this stop. Half way home driving up from Milwaukee airport. Could have stopped at other Burger Kings but I like to support the small town businesses - like this BK as I have done so on multiple occasions in the past. Placed my order 920 pm No problem but then advised lobby mistakenly had not been locked and I needed to take my order to go. Grudgingly agreed. When order arrived , asked if maybe I could quickly eat my burger and onion rings in the lobby instead of my car - had just flown 20 hours from Korea. Manager consulted. “ No. you have to leave “ Ate my meal in my car. No napkins. No ketchup. No excuses. Will drive by next and every time again.

I understand being short staffed, but getting the wrong order and no receipt in the drivethru left me dissatisfied since I can't even go online to complain, I live locally and this burger King almost always messes up one way or another, approach with caution

Soda was off, fries were saugy, and could tell burger had been sitting in a warmer forever. Ate half and tossed the rest!

My food was very good good service and my food was fast and fresh
Horrible service in am. Food was so cold. Had the guy make a new one but it felt like microwaved. The only good part was French fries at 630am was super hot. But overall great place in middle of nowhere, however cold food.

This was the worst Burger King I ever went to. Garbage all over the floor behind the counter, counter had boxes of ketchup and mayanise and 20 crowns on the counter, all the tables were dirty, and people that ordered after us got there food before we did. Also the burgers were all cold. I will never stop here again.
