I ordered a large cookie bouquet with an extra box of treats for the surgeons & surgical staff at OSMS in Green Bay. I was supposed to get an email when it was delivered, but never received one (unless it went to Spam). When I called Prue at the Madison store, she provided me with the UPS tracking #, and person who took the delivery. She said the email would have come from UPS.When I called the OSMS surgical center, she did confirm it was delivered on time, and that it went to the 2nd floor as indicated on the delivery request. The girl at OSMS thanked us and said the bouquet & cookies were beautiful, and will use the pictures in their marketing. I haven’t seen the picture yet, and will add to this review when I see them.

WOW. Bakeries like this are far and few between. The world was a better place when we had neighborhood bakeries, butcher shops and breweries instead of big box stores. Buy local, support small business!!! The custom work here rocks.

The custom order I placed was very simple and for a team football party. Football shaped cookies, brown frosting, and white player #’s as well as the Coach’s first names (shortened to fit nicely on the cookie). I drove 45 minutes to pick them up, was told I was all paid up, handed a box and sent on my way. After making the 45 minute drive back home I started sorting cookies for each player and discovered that two of the player numbers were incorrect and you can’t even read the lettering for the coaches names due to the icing being so thick. You can’t even make out the word “Coach” on some of them. Additional lines were added (and not requested) which made our school team name illegible. These cookies were supposed to be special for each player, but they look worse than what a kindergartener decorates at Christmas time. I didn’t realize I would need to check 50 individual cookies before walking out the door. What a waste of time and money!
