The last time I was up there I tried to order a box meal in the drive through. I was treated extremely rudely; the person at the drive through made comments like "you tell me", & at one point I was told to "speak English". Needless to say, I will not be returning to this KFC; I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere!!

The guy working the drive through was fantastic. That is where the great experience stopped. Must be a tortilla shortage...20 minute wait to get a bowl of potatoes, cheese sauce and sour cream for the "spicy potato soft taco". Not sure what the watery substance on the outside of the beefy 5 layer burrito was either so that was trashed.

This place is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The staff never have anything stocked , always out of chicken. The employees always seem higher than kite’s. Very poor quality. Will never go to this restaurant again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

A short staffed, overwhelmed crew suffering computer problems, Mrs. Angry here, Mr. Grumpy there and KFC/ TB gave textbook customer service eventhough I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a bucket of chicken. Customer service don't get no better than that in all seriousness. The employees' smiles were great!

Filthy, rude and not very intelligent. They never get your order right and you rarely can get a bucket of chicken because they are out. I eat at other kfc locations which causes me to sometimes forget how terrible this one is.

My favorite menu item at Taco Bell has been the steak chalupa supreme. I ordered one today, but it did not taste the same as it had every other time I had ordered it. This time it was spicy, and appeared as though it had a sauce of some kind on it. When I took it back and tried to explain the problem ( thinking that maybe a trainee had maybe made a mistake ) the associate said he would not give me a refund and said it was longer than 20 minutes since I was there. And further stated not to come back again. I did not ask for a refund, I wanted him to look at the product to see if it was made differently, and offer to make me one that wasn’t spicy. Is this how Taco Bell is training their managers ? I sure went away feeling unvalued as a customer and thought the worst of as a person .
