Glass Nickel Pizza Co. – Neenah/Menasha

Ordered a medium cheese, large cordon bleu and nickel nuggets for delivery. With tip came to almost 65 bucks. Pizza was lukewarm, cordon bleu pizza had no ham. Called and got a credit for our next order but for what we paid and the quality of food I don’t know the next time we’d order again.

We had the worse pizza delivered last night. I emailed twice with no response. We ordered x cheese and there was hardly cheese at all let alone x cheese! The pizza was delivered COLD. Big failure in not responding.

Finally, good wings on delivery, near Neenah. I will be ordering from here for now on.

We came here on a Thursday night to celebrate my daughter's birthday only to find a sign on the door that the dinning room is closed. Then we went in to order take out and got completely ignored by 3 different people. This is unprofessional and unacceptable no matter how short staffed you are.

Poor management. Ordered delivery 6 day’s ago and was told 35-45 minutes after a 1 hour and 10 minutes I called and asked where my food was and was told they had the wrong address and phone number and told me they would remake my pizza and deliver it. When I received the pizza it was ice cold. Called management the next and was told I would receive a total refund when they talk to the general manager. Have yet to hear from them after multiple calls asking to speak to the manager and them telling me they will be in the next day and will call me back. Definitely will not be spending anymore money at this location.

Came in during the day to a welcoming staff. Accommodating to the group I was with. Nice porch areas for outdoor seating.

Excellent pizza! Fun different flavors and and love that they offer both gluten free and vegan options so the whole family can enjoy.

Food is always hot and delicious. I am addicted to the fried mushrooms, best I have ever tasted!

This location is for delivery or takeout only. It is located in an awkward place. They offer the full menu, as the Appleton restaurant. . I choose delivery for my order. The drivers are fast and friendly. Food is really good., especially the cinna nuggets.

Went here for the first time. When I first called to ask a question, the guy that answered could’ve been more friendly. I got 2 gluten free crust pizzas (only comes in 10”, so they’re small) and both had crust so burnt that they were very hard to chew. Not worth the $34.29

If you want a cockroach pizza this is your place!!! Call Sammies and get a better deal and a way better pizza!!!
