AMAZING FLAVOR!! I’ve never tried smoked at 225, my boss ordered their food for our Saturday lunch at Diamonds Direct and let me tell you I am so happy she did! I am going to tell my family and friends about this place! I highly recommend the beef Tri tip the Mac and cheese and the cornbread but there’s so much more amazing food available so try everything!! :)

I went to this cozy little establishment for lunch today with my wife, mother-in-law, son and daughter. It was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had.Let me start by saying that the service was great. The owner was very cheerful, he was very polite, and because it was our first time, he recommended all five of the meats for us to try and even gave us a free sample of the collard greens. His wife was even kind enough to trim a bit of one of the plants and give it to me so I could raise one of my own.Another thing: the food was phenomenally delicious. My personal favorite was everything — I can’t decide! All of the courses we had ordered were cooked to perfection; it was so appetizing!I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that is looking to experience a one-of-a-kind meal. Ultimately, this place is the one for everyone.

First time here, and my husband and we absolutely enjoyed every minute here! The atmosphere was beautiful, and not to mention the perfect time for holiday decoration ?The food itself was bomb! I'm not a huge BBQ fan like my husband, but I enjoyed every bite of my meal! He ordered the trio with mac-n-cheese and collard greens and loved the tri-tip the best. I ordered the pork belly meal with fries and collard greens. The collard greens was the best part of the meal! You can tell each side and entree was made by hand and love. It wasn't a shortcut to mac-n-cheese or collard greens. And the cornbread! Not to mention the BBQ sauce was absolutely perfection. Not some BBQ squeezed from the bottle.We'll definitely be back!

The meat all had good flavors. Nicely seasoned, savory, and smokey. I liked how the BBQ sauce wasn't too sweet. The banana pudding was okay, the wafers didn't get soft and bananas weren't very ripe so the dessert was on the dry side. The sides and egg rolls were good though. Will definitely visit again!

The food was incredible, presentation was impeccable, and the servings were very generous. The owners were super friendly and had great recommendations. Their assistant Mark was also very welcoming. Jonas promised next time we visit he’ll try and beat us at dominos! 100/10 experience.Dietary restrictions: Amy personally made me gluten free macaroni and cheese and it was outstanding.

Best barbecue I've ever had! The tri tips were amazing and the pork belly was also delicious and the baked beans were flavorful. Definitely coming back and Definitely worth the money!

My family and I are here for lunch today, and it was excellent ?. Best baked beans I have ever had. Wife loved her ginger yams too. Smoked chicken was flavorful and moist. Bathrooms were clean and service was great. We will definitely be back!

My first experience having collard greens and it was out of the world, next-level good. I haven't had BBQ this flavorful since Pacos Pit in Seattle 20 years ago. Friendly, clean, and so delicious.
