Crave Bar and Food

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I've received. On a previous visit, I spoke to the owner about a negative encounter with a specific bartender (Stacy). Since then, the bartender's attitude has worsened, and on my most recent visit, I experienced a new level of unprofessionalism.
When I asked for a cup of water with a cucumber, I was initially told they were too busy to cut one, despite cucumbers being readily available in the kitchen. The bartender then returned to tell me there would be an extra charge for the cucumber, which felt like a petty and inconsistent response. The situation worsened when I asked for a lime, and was given a glass of hot water with a lime wedge, even though I hadn't requested hot water.
I also observed the same bartender whispering to other staff, and it seemed to create a hostile environment, as the behavior of other employees towards me also changed. Other customers appeared to notice this and did not approve. Because of the negative and unprofessional atmosphere, I chose not to stay and eat.

Overall, this was a great spot to grab dinner after a day of disc golf at Brown Deer. Excellent service. It was busy when we went but we never had to wait long for anything. Crowd seemed mostly 60+ i don't think I'd bring the kiddos. Vast majority of the food was excellent, my only complaint was the tuna appetizer. The slices were not of even thickness so some were too fatty, chewy and undercooked. Would also pair much better with a soy based gaze than random pita triangles and upscaled tartar sauce. All said however, would go back. 8/10.

Was there tonight with friends. We were all happy the appetizers and our meals. Service was excellent. The waitresses were very friendly! We will return!

Holy smokes this place was amazing!! My husband and I came here for dinner, he got steak, I got fajitas. SOOO DELICIOUS! His steak was cooked to perfection and my fajitas were absolutely phenomenal. We will absolutely be back. Enrique was our server and he was great! Compliments to him and the Chef.
