The three workers were horrible. Customer service horrible. First time ever eating here. Food was good but the staff needs to be reminded this is a place of work and not a play ground.

Food was mediocre. Counter help was grumpy, never gave a greeting let alone a thank you. Place was empty just before 1:00P, no wonder. Beverage area was gross with crud and wet on counter area.

Service is horrible. My family and I ordered 45 minutes beforewe gout food and when we asked about it we got an rude attitude. When we got our food we was missing a part of our order.

5 times I tried this place for the mac n cheese and all 5 times am I given noodles with butter. Noone behind the desk cares. Out of the many times there I have never had a completed order. Honestly the worst Noodles in the county. Go to Grafton if you have to.

What a great location by Bayshore mall. The staff and manager are 5 star service! Its high end fast food experience here, the manager even brought my food out to us!!

Disappointed..ordered spicy Japanese beaf noodles..I was craving for some spicy food ..but got the bowl with sweet sauce..didn't expect that..Don't want to visit this place in near future.

This location has a sign that says "online orders only"??So I had to sit in car and create an order. Not very convient. Food is usually good.

Went in for lunch and it felt like they were closing the store and I was in their way. Food was good, it's Noodles like any other noodles.

Horrible quality, minimal effort put into my order, waste of my money. One of the items I ordered was chicken noodle soup and all I got was dry chicken and noodles. Most likely they were out or too lazy idk, but that's not an appropriate substitution. All I needed was a refund.

Avoid this location at all costs. We had the worst experience here today at lunch. We were missing 2 entrees from our order so we called to let them know they were missing. The employee stated that they put them in the bag and that we were lying. You really think we want to go back out on the cold to come pick up the two missing meals? No. No apology or anything. Just accusing us of lying. Will be speaking to corporate about this horrible experience. Won’t be back, that’s for sure.

Door had sign saying 'Online Ordering, No dine-in.'Doesn't say no take-out, door is open, so I enter. 3 members of staff are standing behind the counter just talking. Eventually someone behind the counter acknowledges me with:Them: "Did you read the sign?"Me: "Yes...."Them: "Sign says 'Order Online', there's no dine-in."Me: "Ok, but I don't want to dine-in, I just want to do take-out."Them: "Yeah, you can do take-out, but you have to order online, the sign says that."Me: "But it doesn't say I can't order in the store and do take-out...."Them: "You need to order online."So, moral of the story is; the chicken place next door has great sandwiches, also serves mac and cheese.
