We had our Indian Persian wedding here a few months ago, and could not recommend this venue and this staff more highly!! Scott and his team are possibly the kindest, most incredible, patient and hard working team we encountered and we would work with them multiple times over if we could! We originally had booked this venue pre-COVID and Scott worked with us so patiently and was so accommodating throughout the pandemic, throughout all of our never-ending changes and re-organization. He was so responsive, so kind, so easily worked with our families. He made us feel right at home during our Hindu ceremony, Persian ceremony, and Reception. We couldn't be happier or more impressed with Scott's hospitality. The Renaissance Place itself is beautiful, but even all the little details of the venue exceeded our expectations- the upstairs balcony to eat appetizers, watch the dance floor, escape for a few minutes, the multiple dressing rooms behind the stage (each with their own bathroom) for close family and friends), the beautiful guest bathrooms downstairs with multiple stalls & sitting areas, the elevator for our older guests, the customizable ceiling lighting, the front and back entrance for guests and vendors, the ability to extend the stage, the large and hidden kitchen for our caterers), the distance from the Hop, the large parking lot behind & provided parking attendant, the coat checks, the beautiful built in/slightly hidden bar windows on the first floor and provided bar staff the list could go on. Between the stunning venue making our ceremonies, celebrations, photos and videos feel even grander than expected and the incredible team & staff at the Renaissance Place that work with Scott, we couldn't be happier. Scott and his team truly made the day and multiple events so seamless, coordinating with our vendors, keeping us and our guests happy. Scott is truly one of a kind, the Renaissance Place is so beautiful and accommodating, and we couldn't be happier with our choice of venue and the team!!

The Disabled Diner
This grand place on the Milwaukee Eastside hosted Carnival Milwaukee and yes I had a great time. I took pics of all of the food and vendors in this great line up. It was the first time I had Sushi from Screaming Tuna Sushi. I love it and now I can go eat Sushi with friends and suggest this great eatery. They also had this yummy Pork Sandwich. I had many highlights. Nature's Tasty Treats had a Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream Sundae to die for (the best part is that I do not like Strawberries but I would eat that again. I say join me there.) Another was from Bay View High School Culinary (can you say future Top Chef winners or Guy's Grocery Games contestants? I would) The Seafood Gumbo was spicy tasty and fresh. To think they are only teenagers but even the sky is no limit for these future Culinary Artists. I also took pics of all the food vendor. Check them ALL out and enjoy their cuisine. And shot out to Milk & Honey Liqueur. Not only is the Liqueur delicious by itself but fused with Collectivo Coffee was the perfect after dinner delight. The music was dinner appropriate with to start great background dining music to get up and dance Samba sounds of Samba dance Vida. I had a marvelous time and cannot wait for another Carnival Milwaukee event to show up on my Eventbrite app again. I hope to see you there.
