Excellent service and great food. The owners are very customer oriented and make sure you leave satisfied! We go there every other Sunday and have never been dissapointed.
great food and service. friendly people
You can work up an appetite trying to figure out the way to get in here by car, it's really peculiar. If I wrote this right after I visited I might have been able to describe the circuitous path in but now looking at my Yelp notes, my own notes, they don't make sense. Head for the hotel behind it and you'll wind your way in. It's worth it, friendly service, clean sunny interior, good traditional American breakfasts. Although these sorts of places are pretty common elsewhere, this is the only nice breakfast joint within a few miles. Right off 41. Ample parking.
Always great food, service, and facility always clean! love the breakfast especially the California skillet!!
We absolutely love this restaurant. The owners and their Team are exceptional. The food is cooked with the highest standards, we are always impressed - delicious. Thank you, stay well and see you soon.
This restaurant is my favorite restaurant not far from home. The owners are so friendly and I’ve never had issues with the service. My mom and I did take-out yesterday and everything was so yummy! Everyone should try this restaurant.
Excellent food, great service at reasonable prices! Best pancakes in town! For those who like generous portions, this is the place for you!
Best new breakfast/lunch restaurant in the area! We have had excellent food and service every visit and we visit a lot, almost every Sunday after church since they've opened. They do carry out too! Support our newest neighbor and business!! 5 stars all the way!
Wonderful place awesome food great wait staff and delightful owners! They always greet us with a silent and treat us like family. If you haven't already been there yet, you will be truly happy when you go.
We were seated pretty quickly but then waited 30 minutes before we even saw our server. She wasn't very attentive and we consistently waited a long time for drinks, food and our check. Our food was so so. My scrambler had burned hashbrowns. My husband's burger was fine. All in all wouldn't come back here, especially as it was on the pricey side.
The food was really good and the staff were professional! The fifth star was not given because we had to wait a little too long on our server to take our order. Other than that I highly recommend the place.
We had previously visited this restaurant when it had the name Broken Egg. Apparently the name changed but the good news, the food and service did not! I was part of a group of 10 that arrived about 10:30 on Valentine's Day. They set up two tables to accommodate us and we were seated right away! Our server did an excellent job of taking our orders (and there were 10 different ones to boot!) and we did not really have to wait long despite the various items ordered. I ordered the Country Breakfast which included biscuits and gravy, 2 eggs any style, and 2 pancakes! The food was generous and delicious! And reasonable! I have recommended this place to others and will do so again. I plan to visit again soon! It has definitely become a favorite!
If you want to check out a place with some different breakfast options Park Place is a good place. They have a decent variety of options that can accommodate a party of 20. The staff was friendly & did not give us any hassles with such a big party & making sure everyone was seated. I already had in my mind to order the chicken tender skillet along with a short stack but I was happy to find out that outside of the toast they give you the option for pancakes so I was able to save on the additional cost. The pancakes were great & decently sized. I didn't get to take a picture because I was hungry & I'm sure you all know what a standard short stack looks like. The chicken tender skillet was ok. You are able to select how you want the eggs cooked & hash browns vs home potatoes. I ordered it with hash browns & scrambled eggs. I was not as impressed by it as I thought. This could be the hunger speaking but once the chicken is gone there's really not much left to want. I would probably revisit thIs item to see if it could be changed some. Other than that, a great eat & would visit again if in the area.
Very nice new place. Simple design, located nicely between two main roads and highways, with plenty of parking and seating. The staff is extremely nice and attentive, and all the food was excellent. Clean restroom and fresh squeezed orange juice added that special appeal that is like cherries atop ice cream.
Excellent place. Reasonable priced meals and great variety of food. All delicious. Great service.
Excellent service. I ordered to go and received my order before I could sit back down it seemed. Very fast. And it's also a place owned by a husband and wife trying to make a way for themselves. This is the sort of business that should have the community's support. Go here!
Awesome restaurant with fantastic food and great staff. We enjoy going here. They recently changed the name not sure why but still the same great service.
We stopped for breakfast on a Saturday morning after 6-7" snow fall so not much of a crowd. We were warmly greeted and seated in a booth by the window. Coffee and water were brought out and then we ordered. All our food was delicious and served hot. I ordered fruit instead of potatoes and it was all fresh and tasty. The service was friendly and attentive. The owners were on scene and couldn't be friendlier as well. We will definitely return.
The Park Place Cafe has excellent food and great service! The owners are very nice people. The restaurant is very clean also! Can't say enough good things about the place.
We have been wanting to try this place for quite some time & finally got there today. So glad we did! It looked super busy but we didn't have a very long wait. The menu is huge and it was hard to decide what to get. Service was great and friendly. It was nice and clean and spacious I love that they have breakfast from open to close I ordered the Benedict Julian which was absolutely fabulous. The person I was with ordered the stuffed French toast with strawberries and it was gigantic and delicious! They sure give you a generous amount for the price. I love how they give you your own pot of coffee for the table. And it was hot the entire time. I would definitely go back and try lunch sometime!
This place changed names recently? It looks like the same people working there. I've been here twice during weekend brunch. The parking lot may look full, but both times there was little to no wait. This place is huge. Maybe call ahead if you have a big group. Standard breakfast and brunch with solid ingredients. This place has its portions figured out. I believe that you get what you pay for here. Cons: no TVs no bloody Mary's, at least I don't think so- but is that a con? Hard to get to if you don't know the area. Will I be back, yes!
Very clean, welcoming place for breakfast or lunch. Owners are very hands-on and courteous. My favorite is their California omelet.. Fresh and delicious! Portions are great.. I always bring half home.
The owners are extremely humble and kind. Very involved. The food is AMAZING every time I visit! 10/10
Decide to try this this restaurant for breakfast with my niece and nephew since it is fairly close to where I live. It is right off of hwy 41 and there's not other restaurant that serves breakfast around. The food is actually pretty tasty and the service was fast. It wasn't too busy since we were there Christmas Eve. Overall I would recommend giving this place a try if you are in the mood for some breakfast food.
Wonderful local spot for breakfast. Try their egg skillets. For starters, the space is so modern, super clean, and extremely comfortable. Sleak modern lines with a homey feel. The wait staff is very very friendly. You can immediately tell that they enjoy their job. Simply excellent customer service The Greek skillet is Devine. They don't skimp on the succulent lamb which is the star of this dish. Served with onions, tomatoes, and feta with a side of fresh yogurt sauce. Their omelette are amazing. Big fluffy eggs stuffed to the brim with fresh ingredients. The chicken fingers and fries were also fantastic and perfectly seasoned. Well worth traveling to, we will return. Bravo.
Thank you Beck for a great breakfast and for stopping by our table to say hi. Was looking for the Broken Egg restaurant only to find you had a new name. So glad we stopped and we will be back soon!
Great service, great food. Quiet, friendly environment. Everyone was helpful!!!! Favorite breakfast spot.
We hit the jackpot! While visiting family in the area we decided to give this restaurant a try. We were not disappointed. Absolutely everything was delicious and excellent proportions. I ordered the two-egg Denver omelette (on the back of the menu for smaller appetites). It included hashbrowns and toast which came generously buttered. My omelette was so fluffy and light tasting. My husband ordered the country breakfast with two eggs over easy, bacon, biscuits and gravy and 2 pancakes. He said the eggs were cooked to perfection and his biscuits were also fluffy. I know I'm using the word fluffy a lot but the pancakes were the same. Quite delightful and the syrup was even warmed! With one coffee our total bill was $21 including tax. We will definitely be back!
Excellent breakfast food and friendly people. Went there over lunch with coworkers and I was very impressed. The orange juice is fresh squeezed on demand and you can tell. Portions are very big, most of us had leftovers to take home. Prices also seem very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I would recommend Broken Egg if you are in the area and I will for sure be going back when I am craving breakfast.
So glad that we decided to try this place! Everyone was friendly from the time we walked in the door! My omelette was fluffy and tasted great. My husband’s country omelette was also excellent. Will definitely return.
If I could give this place more then 5 stars, I would. I pass this place all the time and wanted to try it since it opened a little while ago, I love brunch so right up my alley. I figured it was kind of a little family place and I was right. I was even more intrigued since it is so busy every time I pass it. The customer service here needs to stick to the standard that they have set. It really made the experience that much better. Everyone had a smile, was super friendly, nice, accommodating, there was not anything about it that was even near negative. Keep that happy positive vibe. The food goes right along with it. I got a skillet and pancakes and it was sooooo good and nicely priced for the amount of food I got. The place is clean, neat, and family friendly. Check this pp
Great family owned spot with friendly service and lots of options for food! Here's the veggie skillet with pancakes.
Very nice and clean....seated alright away...good overall menu food was good service was excellent! First time there and we will be back! Good to have a place like this in our area....we dont have much around so great to see! Thank you!
Wonderful, fresh, & local food. I order a omelette,& it was cooked perfectly,& tasted great. I also encountered great service, very attentive & helpful waitress. We met the owners of the Broken Egg- I didn't ask to see them,& they were just out in the dining area, welcoming/talking to customers. Very welcoming & friendly, they are amazing. I will definitely be going back!
Sunday brunch was our first experience at the Broken Egg. We arrived at the perfect time and didn't have to wait to be seated. The menu has a great variety of breakfast and lunch choices. The owner stopped by our table to ensure our food was exactly how we like it. We eat clean and organic and were excited to learn the eggs are organic cage free and the breakfast meats have no nitrites and nitrates in them! The secret to their delicious food is high quality ingredients. And the owner takes pride in his careful high quality selections. And is able to keep the prices at a competitive level. The Broken Egg is open for breakfast and lunch to focus on a high quality dining experience for their guests. It's conveniently located off 41/45 at the Good Hope Rd exit. I highly recommend the Broken Egg for a delicious and affordable meal. We can't wait to go back!
We have been here for breakfast and lunch. Fresh farm to table, fresh, never frozen food. You can taste the farm fresh eggs, delicious food at a reasonable price. I also can't say enough about their Taco Salad. So delicious, can't wait to go back for another one. The owners take pride in their restaurant and treat customers like family. Staff is very efficient. Totally recommend this restaurant.
Very good selection of breakfast and lunch meals. Reasonable prices. Tends to be busy at times with a short wait for seating.
Great place for breakfast! Portions were big and in had the fluffiest eggs ever. Very busy on weekends, so expect a wait. The staff was amazing, very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!
Open for breakfast/lunch only. All very friendly service, nice size portions, several co-workers come for their lunches. All have also said they are returning. Fresh orange juice is squeezed in front front of you.
If you are looking for a family friendly option for brunch this is the spot for you. The entire team was friendly and everyone says hello. They have a really cool machine that makes fresh squeezed orange juice, I have never seen anything like it. They do not serve alcohol so if you are looking for a mimosa with your meal sorry for you. I will dine here again but I really think they should take checks at the table. The closing out process is a bit annoying, you have to wait in line to pay and the area gets a bit congested. If this process is changed the rating would be five stars.
