If you are a Puerto Rican you should visit this place. Their sandwiches are huge and at a good price, perfect for sharing. Also, if you are looking for a custom birthday cake these people are bakery artisans, they have a wall covered with pictures of their cake creations which demonstrates their amazing craftsmanship in the art of cakes. The best I've ever seen!
For my 700th review, I choose El Flamboyan Bakery, one of the smallest of "small business," my favorite type to support. I've only visited twice, but there isn't too much to review. They sell sandwiches, beverages, and baked goods, including custom cakes for any occasion. On my first visit I ordered the Criollo (named for a person of Spanish descent) because they were out of pernil (roast pork shoulder). The food/ desserts just keep getting better. Now she has opened her new store and it’s just amazing. Warm welcoming environment. I would recommend anyone to come and check it out and enjoy some good delicious food!!!
