I’ve ordered from them multiple times on Uber eats and they honestly have my order wrong more times than they have gotten it right. Do not order an Horchata from them. I’ve ordered Horchata about 6-7 times and three of those times they haven’t sent it with my order. I call and very rarely do the actually apologize, they reference you to go through more work to get food. “ Contact Uber eats and they will refund you”. So now I have to go through extra steps to ensure I am compensated. Poorly managed and they don’t have the decency to double check orders before they go out of the restaurant. The food is good but not worth the upcharge that you pay for missing items. There are other good Mexican restaurants in the city that can get a simple order right.

I'm very disappointed with the food we received. I have eaten food from Jalisco since they opened back in the early 90s. This was the WORST food I've ever had from there. We got Two orders of the chicken milanesa and it was burnt on top, looks like the under side didn't even touch the oil. We were able to scrape off the uncooked breading and somehow the chicken was way overcooked. The breading wasn't seasoned at all...not even a dash of salt. The corn tortillas were stale...as if they had already been heated, got cold and then reheated. The fries had no salt. My daughter ate hers even though hers looked like mine. I threw mine out. This place is garbage now. They obviously take no pride in what they put out there. I guess we'll take our business elsewhere. My dog could cook a better meal.

Ordered my food at 11:13am and received confirmation text with my order being ready between 11:35-11:50am. I got to the restaurant at 12:03pm and the lady in front said my order had been picked up 2 hours ago. I tried to explain to her that was not possible and tried to show her my receipt on my phone but she wouldn't look. she was very rude and unprofessional. once I asked for a manager she told me to leave of she'll call the police or immigration. She then said to go back to Mexico. I will never order from Jaliscos again!

This has always been one of my most favorite places to go I love their steak burritos just their food in general they're always kind of friendly and courteous and it's a great dining experience I always end up speaking to somebody else there that's dining in and eating as well and and it's nice to get to know people in your community
