Placed an online order tried to pick it up through the drive thru the girl said that I had to go inside bc I guess they don’t take drive through orders?? So I go inside and I’m standing at the counter for at least three minutes straight and everybody is acting like they don’t see me like they’re just busy doing nothing. Eventually I informed them that I was just picking up an online order, the dark skin girl with the kinky ponytail gives me this ugly look as if I’m bothering her for being a patron. Like I wish she could see how ugly she looked, it was unsettling. The chicken was old and dried out. I was honestly scared to eat it. I just got refunded. Typical hood establishment: everyone ghetto, they don’t care about providing a quality service or food, they hate that the work at KFC so they take it out on customers. Just shut it down.

I ordered food online and had my cousin go pick it up, the manager said I already picked it up… so basically they gave $30 worth of food away to someone for free… then the manager lady got an attitude saying we are lying and we picked up the food and we can dispute it online…. Thank God I had $ to get more food because if not my baby woulda went hungry. Shame on you kfc at midtown!! Then the food was cold and not good . I will not be back here

Quick pickup. I only get KFC when it goes on sale 8 pieces for 10 bucks. I'll also pay $12 but definitely not $20. Most grocery stores have them for about $1/piece. KFC, if you want more biz, lower your price.

I went last night and literally received the worst service ever the food was good but surprisingly the manager a older black guy was running the show he stopped in the middle if taking my order made me wait 5 minutes until someone else finally came and completed my order all he had 2 do was take the cash at that point then he proceeded to talk to customers in the most sarcastic rude tone while not properly serving them he had an issue with several customers he's rude He's also very unarticulate can't speak well he's rude to the guest the co workers and should never be in a position of leadership he also skipped me my order came 5 orders after my order I watched everyone get there food then he said he had to re make mine and was rude about it please fire him how can he mange or lead a team when he can't lead himself please fire him worst experience ever ill never come back

First off it didn't look like kfc chicken, i ordered spicy it didn't have any crispy to it like it's been for ever i don't know what's going on anymore with this store, it the only kfc that sells spicy in Milwaukee but its not kfc recipe

That one light skinned female manager kind of reminds me of Keyshia Cole. Pretty light skin female who is ghetto as hell ? she's ok tho, some people just have to bring the ghetto everywhere they go I guess. ? lol.

I may just be done going to All KFC's I went to three of them in one day and have poor service one of them said the cook just showed up so they didn't have any chicken and the other you had to go inside in order to be serviced which there were not many customers in line there were seven or eight employees so I wasn't sure why we had to go inside and could not use the drive through

My family and I visited this KFC location today to sample the new Hot & Spicy wings, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was not only quick but also exceptionally friendly, which set a great tone for our meal.Now, let’s talk about those wings. They took me on a delightful trip down memory lane to my childhood. These Hot & Spicy wings are a true throwback to the original KFC hot wings that longtime fans like me remember fondly. The perfect blend of heat and flavor was just like I remembered it, and I couldn’t be happier.The only downside? They keep teasing us, saying these wings will only be around for a limited time. But honestly, these gems deserve a permanent spot on the menu. KFC, if you’re listening, please make these a long-term addition because they’re simply too good to let go.In summary, our KFC experience today was nothing short of fantastic. From the speedy and friendly service to the deliciously nostalgic Hot & Spicy wings, it was a meal to remember. Don’t miss out on these wings while they’re here, and let’s hope they become a permanent fixture at KFC! ???
