This place doesn't only looks good, it is really good!Food, service, location....we enjoyed it a lot!Our waiter, Davin or Daven (not really sure how to write it) was an absolute professional but also a very kind person who didn't bother to tell us a bit more about Milwaukee, about the beers they have, about what food might be the best for us...If you visit Milwaukee, visit Mason Street Grill!

Sat in the bar area of this Pfister Hotel restaurant, and it was nice, upbeat, and perfect for professionals looking for a drink and a nice meal. Unfortunately, there were guests offered seats at a wobbling table. As soon as they sat down, it was obvious that the table should be removed from the area. However, it stayed put just waiting for guest after quest to experience the same disappointment. The staff should have been more thoughtful and had taken better initiative with this matter. The food was really good. I had the filet, and it was made perfectly. The rest of the party also enjoyed their steaks.

My wife and I celebrated our 6 years anniversary here. We were catered by a very friendly and helpful Thomas(the only French/Italian) in the team ??. The ambiance is perfect for the occasion. Thomas, helped me make the night memorable with a complimentary chocolate cake with personalized greetings! Thanks you ! My wife and I were very pleased. Rommel & Rica

I've been here multiple times (it's a favorite spot of mine and my mom's) but this was the best food we've had to date (filet minion and scallops) and the service from Thomas was phenomenal as always.

The absolute most mind-blowing filet mignon of my life. I have no idea how they achieved such perfection. And I am a NYC native having been to every famous place there is. Simply

We were celebrating our anniversary. We started with drinks in the bar and they didn't disappoint. I had the filet and my husband had the pork chop for dinner. Both were outstanding! Flavorful, moist, absolutely delicious. Olivia was our server. She took great care of us. Very friendly and attentive. She was outstanding! We followed dinner with another drink in the bar before we left. Great atmosphere. Wonderful meal. We loved Mason Street Grill all around! We will definitely be back!

When we sat down the room was about 60% filled, service was spotty, bread basket arrived at time of entrees after salads, forgot about a birthday dessert until we had finished our paid desserts and bill was paid, Food not up to expectations from previous visits. Very disappointed, with lots of options we will not be back for a while.

We stop here a couple times shyest while staying at the Pfister (visiting the Art Museum) and always enjoy an upscale dinner at Mason's. staff is great, wonderful food, good value and relaxing.

We were received well. Service (Elia) was great. Food was barely warm. Pappardelle pasta. Will never order it again. Wine was fantastic. Lastly, the prices are too high. I'm a 40 yr Chicago professional. Price for the ambience and average Food it's lopsided. Deserts were ok

Right off the bat... friendly attentative hosteses. The restaurant was beautiful. Great bread and sparkling waterr upon request. The drinks were tasty and robust. The salad was fresh and crisp. I choose the filet medallions with foie gras... it was nothing less than ahhhmazing. I definitely recommend. I was too full for dessert but there's an item I'm definitely coming back for!I appreciate this restaurant.

My husband and I had reservations booked somewhere else. We went to Blu on the 23rd floor at the Pfister for a drink beforehand. The bartender there highly recommended Mason Street Grill. So we switched our reservation and we are so glad that we did! We sat at the counter, which was fun and felt more casual, as we were able to chat with the patrons next to us. Our server Devin was wonderful. He was pretty busy that night but was still attentive and gave great service. The food runner, Charlie, was also amazing. We had a great night and will definitely be back!
