I came here with my classmate to eat some pho. When our pho bowls were brought out, we didn’t receive any spoons. I had to wait in line again just to request them, which was quite frustrating. But that’s not all — we also ordered some party wings (with Larb-style seasoning) and three stuffed chicken wings. If I hadn’t gone back to remind them about those, they probably would’ve forgotten, just like they did with the spoons. And when the party wings finally arrived, they forgot to season them with the Larb-style seasoning we specifically ordered.

The food itself is phenomenal, though. Just make sure to keep your receipt and remind the staff about any missing or incorrect items, since they seem to forget things easily.

Ordered twice here so far through door dash. The food arrived hot and fresh in a timely manner. I had the pad kra pow. One with pork. One with pork belly. I also tried the drunken noodles. All 3 dishes were amazingly delicious. Full of so much flavor. Portions were huge and prices are great. I just wish there was no bones in the pork belly. Salt level could be toned down a lil bit too. I was dying of thirst for the rest of the night. Overall very happy with my experience so far and will love to try more.

Order the raw laaj (beef). Asked for super spicy and super bitter. It wasn't neither, it tasted very bland with no other flavors except salt. As long as I know there laaj is nothing close to what laaj is. But I'm sure there other food are good. But the laaj is a NO NO.

I’ve been a loyal customer who regularly spends over $100-200 a week here. I recently had an order through doordash that arrived with missing items, and when I reached out—not to ask for compensation, but just to share feedback—the response I got from the business was rude and accusatory.
Instead of simply acknowledging the issue or showing any appreciation for the feedback, they implied I was trying to take advantage of them. I made it clear that DoorDash had already refunded me, and I wasn’t asking for anything—I was just giving them a chance to improve their service. But they doubled down on blaming the system and refused to take any responsibility.
The food may be good, but the way they treat their customers is incredibly disappointing. If they can’t accept feedback professionally, they don’t deserve loyal customers.

Kaopoon tasted only like salt water. Egg rolls were bland and the bowl of pho was tasteless. I get it gets busy but the quality was very disappointing.

I have finally found the best pho in MKE. This place is a true hidden gem, and its dishes do not miss.

Ox Tail Pho: 4.5/5. Fantastic. Smooth, rich broth that isn’t too fatty. Generous portions of meat, and perfectly cooked noodles - other places I’ve been to in MKE are much too overcooked.

Pork Belly Kra Pao: 4.5/5. The only thing holding this dish back from a perfect five is it was slightly too salty. Incredible flavor, and a perfect cook. The cucumber slices brighten the dish, and the fried egg saturates the white rice with extra flavor. I will absolutely be ordering this again.

The best pho in MKE, hands down. If only they had tendon! Stop by, get some pork belly, pho, or drunken noodles, and stroll through Hmong Town. What a fantastic restaurant!
