I didn't want to give it a four-star, but because the manager saved the day, I did.. ordered at 8:08 pm from 50th and Capitol, and the nice guy on the phone took my order and said OK, see you in 20 mins. I left right away because this place was not close. I arrived at this establishment at 8:35 pm and waited behind two people. The first one was taking their time ordering the whole menu, and the lady in front of me complained her food was wrong. Well, here I go. I get to the counter by 8:45 pm, and of course, my order can not be located in the kitchen or the system. The cashier was kind of lost and almost like oh well until I asked him what am I supposed to do. He went and got the manager, who I believe was the one who took my order just by the sound of his voice, but he never admitted to it. Endless to say, he took care of my order. He was kind, understanding, and professional. Endless to say, a 20-minute order turned into an hour. I walked out at 9:09 pm. I made it home at 9:37 pm. I had to sit up for an hour before going to sleep to let my food digest, so I didn't get sick.. so again, this review was saved by the manager because I definitely would have given it 2 to 3 stars

ordered pizza shuttle, as i have, for the last 20 years or so. ordered the same items i always get. bosco sticks, cheese pizza, fried ravioli.the bosco sticks tasted as they normally do, the cheese and sauce on the pizza is the same but the dough is different, its way more dense less "puffy". the fried ravioli, which has always been my fav thing ever, is gross. its not spicy cheese anymore its just regular ravioli. im super disappointed im not sure if they changed owners or something, or if the stuff they used to get is no longer available. but i was hoping to eat this very specific very consistent food that ive always gotten and now im just broke and bummed.

Terrible food and service. Specifically asked to dine in and was served to go. The lasagna with a special meat sauce was a watery soup. And the hamburgers have questionable taste to them. At least the fry's weren't half bad. But I doubt the tables get wiped down on any type of regular basis, Yet employees have plenty of time to be lounging about. I expected better from the way that my friends talked about this place. Very disappointing. will not be back

I keep ordering pizza on door dash and my food is NOT getting dashed to me. It’s not door dashes fault at this point. It’s pizza shuttles fault! If y’all are backed up to the point where it’s taking over and hour to make my pizza, y’all need to STOP taking orders from door dash until y’all get caught up on orders! I ordered my pizza at 7:16 and I’m trying to go to bed by 9pm. Having to wait today damn long is a huge inconvenience and y’all are WRONG for continuing to take orders knowing y’all are backed up!!!!! Stop accepting orders if y’all are backed up because y’all are unconvincing me as well as the damn door dasher!!!!!! The pizza is good though. And then y’all don’t put my garlic sauce, that I’m paying for by the way, in my order!!!! Y’all need to get right otherwise get the hell off of door dash.A fed up customer!!!!

I love this place. My parents have been bringing me and my sisters here since I can remember. Today I am an adult with almost adult kids and my parents decided to call me and invite me here today with my kids. It is still as I remember it. The atmosphere is great the food is great the outside view is actually also great if you take a seat at their long table across the window. They also still have the photo booth where me and my younger sister took a photo a long time ago when she was here still on earth with us. Miss you lil sis. This place brought back memories. Thanks Pizza Shuttle for the memories. ❤️
I come here every week with my mom for the past 3 years.Unfortunately they decided to make some changes to save money. The pizza slices are half the size, don't taste as good, and even the to go boxes they switched to using do not close (at all). The pizza slices are also always cold nowadays.I am very very very sad about them making these changes this was my favorite spot in Milwaukee.If they ever go back to what they used to be like, let me know I'll be a customer again in a heartbeat!
