Rishi has done a really good job of bringing high quality teas to a wide span of vendors in the area.I miss the loose tea in the metal tins. But overall the switch to sachets and cardboard has been fine.Every tea I’ve had from them I would rate 5 stars.

I love Rishi tea. The two stars are for shipping. I ordered two packs of tea two weeks ago. The shipping updates say it’s in transit but still in Milwaukee. This is absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

I have been buying tea from Rishi for years now. The tea is always on point and shipping is stupid fast and often free!! They continue to innovate their offerings but also keep the ol' staples on board, which I appreciate.

Outrageous pricing! The most expensive tea purveyor on planet earth! I first ordered from Rishi Tea back in May of 2011 and ordered for several years after UNTIL the endless, exorbitant price rises became too much to handle. Comparing the prices of the teas today versus in past years is astounding. Some prices are 200%; 300%; 400% higher than in the past. I travel regularly to Japan, Korea, and Taiwan and can tell you - if you really like tea - there are a multitude of other suppliers supplying exact same teas (even with some of the garden direct) at exponentially cheaper pricing - and they ship internationally. What happened to Rishi is sad - it became a ruthless corporation only concerned about bottom lines. Any true tea savant would never, ever shop here due to the company's extortionate pricing!

Most of their tea actually comes from a company called wisebio, they just add a bunch of flavorings to it. They hire a bunch of temp workers to package it at minimum wage and treat them horribly which you can clearly see from the other bad review and yet they marker it as fair trade.

I recently got introduced with Rishi tea and I am really happy with the taste. The jasmine tea, chamomile tea are my fav. I liked the English tea too which is same as my Indian tea taste. great quality and lovely packaging.

Ordered two packets of "Milk Oolong" tea. Received regular oolong tea instead. Most unhelpful employee offered absolutely no solution and did not believe that I was telling her the truth (over a transaction that was less than $50). I have spent over $1,000 in the past with Rishi Tea, but that also did not matter in the least bit. Very frustrating because company was unwilling to exchange out the mislabelled oolong tea for the Milk Oolong I had ordered, or take the tea back, or issue a refund. Needless to say, I will never purchase from them again, and will also spread a bad word about them simply by telling the truth about my horrible dealing with them. Also contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint, and will likely file a lawsuit in Texas under the Texas DTPA for deceptive trade practices (I am an attorney, so will be filing the lawsuit myself).
The worst place to work, a lot of preference especially with Mariana, the one with full fielment, they cover her with everything, verbal abuse every day, workplace harassment plus other things since they never do anything since if it continues like this that place will be left without good employees, it hurts since the owner is super nice person but his employees are the worst good luck

Great tea company. They draw on ancient wisdom, deep industry knowledge as well as contemporary trends. I feel their products are influenced by customer voice, though not so much as to swerve from the inner sense of mission. In drinking Rishi offerings I find much to enjoy, and also notice that they are growing, experimenting and learning in a responsible and informed way. Continued participation in their tea exploration is the game-plan.

Great teas but the packaging choice is super disappointing, especially for the premium cost of product. When the tea sachets are made plant based, why not engineer a different wrapper or just stick with the ol classic - paper? Instead many little bits of plastic waste with each box purchased.

I got the valerian dream. This tea is a dream! I opened the individually wrapped bag to find a shiney sheer pouch filled with beautiful herbs. The tea is so delicate and flavorful. I was surprised I would not mind the fennel because I don't usually care for it but it works so well here. Each cup is a savored moment. I recommend to anyone who loves a good, hot tea. ?
