Usually great. However the last time I went, March 7, I was told I could only order on the app. That isn't convenient when you don't have a phone with you. Staff seemed too lazy to punch in my order on their computer, but like I said, usually great. The long term employees always take good care of me. Figure this out TacoBell!

Jared, the lady that works to drive-through I guess she’s the manager not 100% sure gave me the best customer service experience I’ve ever gotten from Taco Bell. They messed up my food the day before, and she honored my food and gave me a drink, showing empathy. definitely need more people like her in the

Tried to order from this location on 19th and wisconsin. The guy who took my order in drive thru was extremely rude. They were out of multiple items that I wanted. Then I got to the window to pay and he first had me pull past the window and then back up so he could fool his drive thru times. Then tried to charge me $10 more then what displayed on the screen when I questioned it he said I don't know what to tell you that's the price. I then said nevermind and went to tacobell on miller parkway instead. Where the service was amazing. I would not recommend the tacobell on 19th and wisconsin to anyone

Pulled into the drive thru at 12:45 pm for lunch, only to be told they are only accepting Uber eats and DoorDash orders at the moment. In what world does that make sense? If you are making food, why can you not take orders? Then with a car in front and a car behind, I was stuck in their drive thru for 5 mins. Terrible.

We went thru drive thru with a mobile order and were told to come inside to pick up. Because of the snow and ice, that was a bad option, so the employee agreed to serving us thru drive thru.The order was short one item, which was denied at first, then given to us.I thought my Mexican pizza was pretty good. Not quite sure what my husband thought. I'm not a fan of Taco Bell these days, but I was pleasantly surprised at the food at this TB. However, as seems to be true everywhere these days, you cannot leave without checking your order first. Also, there were no napkins or utensils. This has also become normal at most fast food places. I didn't notice any option in the app to request napkins or additional extras.
