This place looked awesome inside and the food was great. Unfortunately the gentleman that waited on us was seriously a disappointment! Never got a hello or smile. Handed the menus and asked what we wanted to drink. He got our drinks and if we were ready to order. Uh can we have a min!? Very dull when asked a question. Still no smile at all. Apparently before serving our food he was leaving. Never came and said a goodbye or he was leaving and someone else would be taking over etc. Nothing. So his service SUCKED!!! The girl that took over for him was exceptional!!! Kudos to her!

Warm and friendly atmosphere. Many beer choices 62, plus many more. Staff well informed.Vegetarian options: Has a great black bean burger. Large salads. Many choices. Gluten-free also.Kid-friendliness: Loves children, great Mac & cheese and chicken tenders (plump and juicy). Fruit snacks for a sweet treat.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of mobility and bathrooms big enough to use comfortably. Easy to navigate between tables.
I personally didn't eat but the others I was with thought the food was great. They also liked the draught selections. My only issue was pulling mop buckets past customers...the workers were definitely trying to leave as soon as they could.

The burgers were fantastic, and the onion rings hit the spot. Our service was great. Very knowledgeable about flavor profiles. They help you choose for your taste for beer selections and food if you like. Love that they offer you a taste first! The recommendations for me were spot on. I will be coming back everytime Im in Madtown again.
