Fiesta California Grill & Bar offers amazing food and fantastic service. The owner, Hector, is warm and funny. The shrimp tacos are the best ever, and the margaritas are great. The interior is beautiful, and they serve the best fried ice cream. Some dishes might have unexpected grilled vegetables, but overall, it's a must-visit in Oshkosh.
