BEST COFFEE SHOP EVER! I read in the paper and noticed how New Moon was ranked in the top 3 coffee shops in Wisconsin and I can see why! The staff is just is just so friendly and my food and drinks always come out great! Everyday they make me crave a pumpkin cinnamon muffin. Susi was so helpful when helping me pick out what to eat and what to drink. I tried a new type of latte, which I will definitely be coming back for! The barista Lucas made it perfectly and it wasn’t too sweet or too bitter. I had ordered a Corea wrap and the chef Ashely made it so great, and the waitress Paige was so kind bringing it to me! I’m so glad I asked for all of their names, because they were all so kind. 5 stars all around!!!!!!

After you order, don't go sit down. Stay at the pickup counter!The staff will only whisper names on the order, and then let Kaylin (a different "customer") steal your drinks.They did remake them, and it was tasty. But when I told them what happened, they just said, "Well, that happens sometimes." So nothing new to them.

Really like this place, used to go in a lot, but I can't get over how disrespecful and abelist a few of the servers are to their coworkers. I loved seeing the more inclusive staff, but now it seems like they either aren't being scheduled or don't work here anymore. All I ever see now is some rude girl who likes to brag about not wearing shoes in the kitchen so I just walk out if I see her now. Think her name was sue or something. She also always manages to make my light brew taste like decaf, idk how someone can mess up coffee so badly, so consistently.Besides that the food is usually fine, tho they could use a deep dusting all over.Vegetarian options: Many options are vegetarian and they will often replace or substitute things elsewhere when possible.

Had a great experience at New Moon Cafe. I only had coffee, but I was very impressed with the pricing and quality (a certain coffee chain operating from the West Coast would have charged at least $2 more for my coffee, and it would not have been as good). Great atmosphere with lots of comfortable seating and natural light. The plants near the entrance were a great addition to the atmosphere as well. Next time I'll try some of the food since it smelled really good!

very friendly local cafe , nice atmosphere great staff, coming here every morning when I get of work and hungry. I usually get their meaty scramble which is cheap and very delicious compared to other cafe's. Would recommend 10/10

Great breakfast burritos, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Sometimes it gets a little crowded but all good restaurants/cafes seem to have that problem.

Great atmosphere, great coffee, and great prices. Very appreciative of the affordability of this place and the quality of the food and service. The points system is always something that I enjoy racking up. I like that the owners allow you to sit and have a coffee for a while and allow you to dawdle for a bit on a laptop or work on something as you sit beside main street.My only cons for the place is the seating. Personally I prefer benches, and there aren’t too many available. Also the new ones they have are a bit flimsy and uncomfortable compared to the pervious ones and it’s hard to scoot out from the table unless the table is pushed more towards the wall leaving a gap of bench with no table in front of it. Other than that, everything’s awesome. The brownies oh my gosh ! Someone is doing it right with the whisk bowl eggs flour and the rest there! Oh and I forgot to mention the absolutely heavenly coffee. Tastes smells and the general atmosphere of the shop is an overall delight. If you can catch someone play a little guitar or whatever there. Some of my favorite coffee shop memories in Wisconsin originate from here. Makes me miss the old blue moon. Love this place !
