First I'll say that I absolutely have always loved this place. SO MUCH! NOT today. Not at all. The pizza has always been something I have been so impressed with and my favorite pizza place around. I don't know who was working tonight but the pizza is absolutely horrid. We got the baked potato pizza which I've been ordering for years! And we got a bbq chicken pizza and it's almost not edible. We picked up this pizza tonight for our family get together of 8 and none of us even are eating this pizza. Also, whoever answered the phones tonight should NOT be answering phones. She was absolutely rude as hell and should get a different job where she doesn't need to speak to customers if that is how she talks to customers.
Honestly, I've been eating here for years and I don't need to anymore after tonight. Incredibly disappointed. This was my favorite go to place in Plymouth but honestly, since tonight, i do not think I will be giving Deos my business anymore unfortunately.

2 weeks ago my food was an hour past pick up time due to the cooks forgetting to make a pizza multiple times. Was given a $20 gift card for inconvenience. Went to use it today and the balance was $0. Was told it was ownerships policy to only issue out $5 gift cards, and they wouldn't honor my gift card, and when I explained the only reason I came back was the gift card, I was told their policy is to call the police if I didn't pay for and take my food. After a half hour of discussing this issue, the owner haggled the gift card to $15. Best part, when I came home to eat my now cold food, one of the pizzas was wrong. Staff handled the situation alright, and I thank the young lady who was honest about the misunderstanding. Ownership's policies, and unwillingness for customer service is extremely disappointing. I hate writing these reviews, but I will never go back!

Came here on a Tuesday night. Ordered for four of us and the appetizers came quickly. They were good. But then we waited and waited. For over an hour. By that time the salad bar, which one of us ordered, was closed. No one told us it closed at 7, we were there way before then. Not sure what happened, but it was a very irritating experience.

DeO's has the most amazing pizza and a great salad bar with lots of options. The wait staff is super friendly and attentive. Jordan is our favorite staff member who is always full of smiles and eager to accommodate. We will be back!

Order pizza tonight. Takeout order repeated the order three time to the man on the phone and he still got it wrong!!!!! Maybe it was the cook in back but I believe it was the waiter taken the order. I hate it when someone can’t focus on their job!!! Worst $35 plus tip I ever spent🤮
