1st time was a 5 star experience all around, from the boba drinks to the service. The next visit they didn’t have any chai or tapioca left and it was only noon, which was disappointing. Macaroons were a 4/5. Very tasty but lacked a little softness to them.

No music playing, employees had to ask me what my order was multiple times after placing it, microwaved pretzel that was cold and raw inside, and was out of stock on most of the items. Would reccomend going anywhere but

This place is so cool to get outta the hot summer and relax with some gelato. Recommend the mango and the watermelon. Interior is like an old bank. It's really cool. Plus they have open mic nights on fridays

Very disappointed with lack of products and friendliness. Ordered a mocha coffee with tapioca pearls. Received a mocha with popping peach boba. When asked to correct we were told to purchase a new one or she could strain it. Wow!!! Would not recommend.

Really yummy gelato, amazing macaons, excellent chai. Open late for a quick snack or to relax a bit before work, after dinner or just for a walk downtown. Nicest people ever that work there too...especially the evenings.
