You will not find a better selection of Wisconsin craft beers on tap in the area. They added a few "nitro taps" this year, ask for a sample and you'll be glad you did. Hand made burgers and pizza are fantastic. The best thing are the owners and staff; Keith, Sara & Todd are friendly and welcoming.
The Black Bear Pub and Grille is a wonderful place to visit in Stone Lake. They have one of the better beer selections in the area and the kitchen puts out some tasty food. I wind up getting a burger every time I stop in, but the pizza looks amazing too.
Stopped in on a Friday evening for the first time and found the place was bustling with activity. We were able to get a table and each selected a new craft beer to try from their list of over a dozen beers on tap. We saw several tables eating pizza so we did the same. The pizza was excellent with plenty of ingredients and a lot of cheese. The service was very good and we definitely will make a return visit when visiting the Hayward area.
