This place is definitely top notch and not your typical cafe in the north woods. Their presentation, flavor, service, cute atmosphere, quality of food and cleanliness is way above most places I have been in the area. Ruby May’s is a gem!

We were unfortunately on our way home from our vacation in the Northwoods wished we would have stopped on the way up as well Food and service were amazing was a very charming restaurant with great decor and was spotless I very rarely comment but those Blueberry Pancakes were unbelievable nice job looking to our next trip hopefully it's soon!!

My family and I have been coming to Ruby May’s consistently since it opened a number of years ago. Although we have a place on Post Lake we are from Southern California. Not only is this restaurant an extremely valuable asset to the area we now hear they are considering other locations. We wish them nothing but the very best with their next step. We were told to check this place out last weekend. We did and all I can say is everything was top notch, the service, the food, the cleanliness and atmosphere. The back ground music was 70's rock which was perfect for the clientele at the time. From the time we ordered it took less than 10 minutes to be served. And the food wasn't just warm, it was hot! We both left Satisfied and will be back.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid food items are available.Parking: There was ample parking.
