Today they messed up yet ANOTHER order AND i found my quarter pounder with cheese and bacon missing the cheese the bacon AND a bun. Also forget the fries ?Keep up the good work guys!

Bought 10 double hamburgers and 4 filet of fish. The hamburger patties were like broke in half. Some had 8 pickles, some had none. Fillet of fish was a 2"x 2" square with 1"×2" piece of cheese. Tartar sauce was slid off to the corner of the box!! McDonald's has really gone downhill . This order came to $50.00 ish. Terrible!!

Kid-friendliness: This place is filthy, staff is rude, play land is soo gross. It's a shame sussex can't provide a better place for children to come and play, eat for such a small community. The owner and manager should be embarrassed by their lack of Cleansiness, this place can't even get a happy meal right

They don't realize they have two drive thru lanes. Today I sat there from 9.26am to 9.35am with no service. They served three cars in lane 1. I ended up letting an employee know and she said was sorry. Didnt offer to take my order even then. Very frustrating. Pewaukee has much better service.

Order a McCafe drink and waited over 20 minutes before an employee asked what I was waiting for. They were busy so I was being patient, but another employee was cussing about minor stuff like getting some shake on her. This is the McDonald's that I usually go to and haven't had a problem in about a year. And for her to say she was a manager with that attitude they have more problems than 1 person waiting patiently for a drink.

I was the only person at the counter for 10 minutes and received no service. They came up and gave the Doordash guy food and walked away. Macdonalds restaurant all together have gone down hill as as far as customer service and quality. I probably should not have been there in the 1st place.
