Wow look at this sub, as flat as a pancake!! You know, what you spend now a days, you'd expect a sub with a little more meat slices than what you see here (waunakee location). How is this supposed to fill anyone up? I feel like I got ripped off....oh wait, let me correct that......I did get ripped off. How sad!!!

Being a big fan of Jimmy John’s has made me not venture to trying new sandwiches places, but this sandwich shop will not disappoint! The service was super fast and the sandwich was amazing! I tried the focaccia bread and I hope it sticks around! It’s amazing! I may have found my new go-to sandwich place!

incorrect order . I asked for a pickle no lettuce on number 4 and I got lettuce on my sub and looks as they only put 1 piece of deli turkey on the whole sub. very disappointed. turned me off to want to return

If you'd ask me about 1-2 years ago this place would be the place to go, everything tasted fresh and well made.Now there's a guarantee there's something disgustingly wrong with my order whether it be rancid meat or finding and pulling out a 8 inch hair out of my sub. Just today the bread smelled grossly of bleach and I immediately lost my appetite.I once was a frequent customer but now I will not visit anymore.

This is the second time I have had EACH SANDWICH completely wrong. Over fifty dollars in bread and meat and that store cannot comprehend instructions. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. such a joke. Pathetic.
