Amelia made our visit wonderful. She knew everything about the menu and answered our questions. Also checked in often. And oh yeah, the food is awesome too. Had the soup and shared a pizza. Finished dinner with "huge" piece of carrot cake. As a person who rarely does reviews and only when the restaurant really deserves it, Red Eye Brewing really knocks it out of the park.

I've never had a non-reuben Reuben in my life, this Rooted Reuben burger was absolutely delicious, house made beet-carrot-sweet potato patty. Yum! It's been some years since we've visited this establishment but so glad we made the stop today.

I've eaten here a few times. Recently, I came back in for lunch with a friend. We got there just as it opened, so we did not have to wait for a table. I'm not sure how busy it is for lunch during the week. My burger was amazing. The food is always amazing; however, I wish there was more of it for the price! I find the prices a little steep for my taste. Despite, I will be back!

My rating has some caveats. I spent $250 including tips for 2 kids meals, 3 adult meals including salad, burgers and wrap. Drinks were flowing but that’s due to a “corporate” policy groups not be seated until All are present.Ok. We had an 8&5 year olds with us. Nope. No exceptions.Once seated the table was well prepared for us with covers on the youths water. Therefore recognizing the youth. Great. Wish U had done that earlier.Now. Takes 40 minutes to get our order taken-with kids!!! Adults drinking an expensive bourbon drink ok. 3 drinks before dinner arrives. Ouch for drivingHad a DD.No way. Never again.I regret to inform folks who support this venue. Look elsewhere. This will drain your pockets and not provide the access you will desire at some point

Had the mac and cheese with chicken for lunch and it was excellent. Very generous portion - had a hard time finishing it, but I was ultimately able to. Delicious lunch!

Prices fairly high. The sides that came with the burger were pretty cheap, was expecting something like fries or thick artisonal potato chips. Overall, it was meh.
Thankful for a great place like Red Eye in Wausau! Most Wausau restaurants are below average but Red Eye is always above average. Service is consistent even though the place is always busy. Beers are excellent. Menu has gone a little stale lately, not as much innovation in recent years. But you can still count on unique out of the ordinary options and for any dietary needs.
