Food was great! I generally dislike the prep of lightly breaded, fried scallops, but their presentation was exceptional.

Don't get the baked potato.

If you go on Friday night, the fish specials don't come with choice of soup/salad ($6 upcharge) but you could always have a smaller fish portion and go with the regular menu options if that's important to be included. Parking is limited, but reasonable for a location like theirs.

Kid-friendliness: Dedicated kids menu, butter noodles was light on butter, but there's butter pats at the table. One was all it took. Even a 1/3 lb burger for the HUNGRY kid (like my daughter, but she got the bluegill and loved it.) Casual dining and staff are generally positive in ack and engaging the kids. Small space so it's noisy, which is great for most kids, but if your kid is sensitive, avoid peak dinner times on the weekend for sure.

On vacation with our friends & they were able to seat 10 of us on a Sunday night. Food was delicious & hot. Service was A+

Delicious food! Only comments I’d say would be the funky smell when you walk in and they seem a bit understaffed from a waitress standpoint.

Still worthy of 5 stars for the delicious prime rib! It’s a bit over seasoned on the edges but still great flavor. My wife and her friend got some fish and they thought it was tasty. Will definitely be back when staying in the area again!

We were planning to stop in Lacrosse for dinner but blew by it. Wanted a steak so ended up here. Let me tell you, the steaks were excellent and the service was phenomenal. If you're in the area, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. It’s a hidden gem . .

We were camping about 20 miles away and our annual "Supper Club" night we usually do ourselve was rained out. Called amd Crystal was able to accommodate our 15 adults and 8 kids without issue. With only 45 minutes notice, we walked in to find a table all set for us, 2 waitressed to serve us and Crystal at the podium with a welcoming smile!Food and Service was amazing. We will be back.

This place was always great in the past, but the last time we went there was almost no(none if I'm being honest) booze in our mixed drinks, the server said the prices "weren't quite right" on the menu when we ordered, and every item was 5+ dollars more than what was listed.... and actually the food was of lower quality than in the past.... plus of course portions were smaller.... pass, if you have another option....

Very large bar area, but you still may end up standing and waiting for a table. Small dining area and people like to sit and talk without getting up. The food was over priced and lacking any flavor. No relish tray or bread basket. They didn't even have the fireplace going. Parking is chaos. If you have trouble walking, I would go somewhere else.

Parking: Few spots off street. Otherwise you're in the ditch.

This place is a nice little gem tucked outside of a small town, a great atmosphere with a nice size bar when you first walk in. We made reservations. I dont believe you have to, but I would suggest it just in case. We were seated immediately even though we were about 15 min early, and our waitress came over immediately with menus and took our drink order. I asked about the specials, which she listed off and hubs chose the tomahawk steak, baked potato w sour cream (no vegetables are offered) but u do get choice of soup or salad, we both chose frolench onion soup, which was ok, It comes with rye bread chunks in the soup which I personally don't care for but my hubs did, so that is juat a matter of preference. now that I know I wouldn't order it again. I ordered the tenderloin and lobstertail with baked potato with a side of sour cream. she asked if we would like bread rolls, we said yes, unfortunately though we never rcvd them, My husb order came and was cooked perfectly, baked potato was hot and he rcvd his sour cream. My steak was again cooked perfectly, baked potato was done and hit, but never rcvd any sour cream that I had asked for, the lobster tail was such a huge disappointment, was so over seasoned with I think old bay seasoning that it was barely edible, so salty and overpowering, I tasted no lobster at all, which was really only about 2 bites anyways. Just going forward, I will have to avoid the lobster or ask for no seasoning. overall, we had a good experience and will be back. they did point out the menu prices were not correct that new menus were on order.

Excellent evening. Steaks were perfection. Bar tender greeting as soon as you walk in. Adam behind the bar is very personable and attentive. Friendly staff. Mel the Hostess is so kind and attentive as well. I’m ver all great experience.

Call to get sits ahead of time. Before the crowd. The staff and food are wonderful. Are you looking for $$$ for 3 people. The food was very satisfying.
