I just had my first and LAST experience with this store. I placed an order 2 days in advance for a pick up time today, 9/12. We picked up the cake, a few hours later cut into it and the cookie is completely RAW. When I called the store, the person on duty said they couldn't do anything to help me until their manager was there and they couldn't process a return until they contacted corporate. This is horrible customer service for a $50 cookie.

Well we always go to the cookie shop when at the mall we buy 4 of the double sandwich cookies and one normal cookie and we asked about the free cookie the give after you buy five cookies and the guy said all of the cookies have to be the normal cookies to get the free one.
Thanks for our last minute cookie order. Very cute. Service was exceptional.

Well they sell coffee and the associate said it was made about 10am,and it was 530pm.we asked if she'd make fresh coffee,and she wouldn't. I paid 8.00 for 2 cookies already .I won't return.they didn't close til 9or10pm.
