Another clean and well managed Chick-fil-A. I enjoyed the kale crunch salad and chicken strips.Good location. We were twice offered drink refills. My only negative comment regarding Chick-fil-A is that their rewards app points evidently reset each calendar year.

Ordered an 8pc nugget meal. Got 8 GREASY over-fried pcs of chicken. Medium mac&ch that was 3 bites...&warm fruit-punch...overall disappointed. Went out of our way for instead of hitting Mickey-D's on our way back to Carolina from Indy. They dropped the ball.

We stopped at this Chick-fil-A while on the way home from vacation for our family of 5. We had made an online mobile order and sat down at a table to have our order brought to us. The gentleman that brought it was friendly but after he left we noticed that several food items were missing from the order and we had to wait in line to get them. Also the condition of the dining area was dirty there was trash and food all over the floor and the trash areas were over run with trash so bad that people were just putting the trash from their trays on the counters. Maybe this was just a busy day?

The kids love Chick-fil-A, I can do without it. What I will say is that their service is second-to-none in the fast food category and this location is no different. I'll go through a 15 car line at this drive through before I wait in a 3 car line at a lot of other fast food places and I know I'll be served as quick if not quicker. I'm guessing some significant percentage of customers here are thinking the same thing, which is why the line is often 15-deep.
