Would give 0 if I could this has got to be the laziest state ever everywhere closes their lobbies early because they only have 4 people to run the store that's a whole crew where I come from and you think you deserve 12+ dollars an hour.Stop being afraid to work people!!!

Weeknight evening. Only one to wait on, got the order for 2 blizzards and then ALL 3 employees stood at the counter talking with a friend while we sat in the booth. Had to take our receipt back up to the counter after 5 or 10 minutes of their talking and ask that someone actually make our blizzards.

Nicest lady at the counter...resteraunt was amazingly clean for a fast food resteraunt...and staff was great and very courteous ....banana split was good too!!!

We drove all the way to the DQ to take our kids to the Dairy Queen on Harper road and there was a “dining room closed short staff” and sign on the door while people were still inside being served and workers just looked at us like we were weird and an inconvenience … not a good representation of this business. At all. But that’s ok sheets had great milkshakes
It’s the worst service ever we ordered food for 6 people and we got ordered after 25 minutes and the made mistake with order I don’t recommend this place for food

Extremely rude older lady working the front register. We were polite even though she treated us like we were a huge inconvenience the minute we stepped up to the counter. When she gave us our drink cup we were short one and I politely tried to tell her and show her the receipt. She snatched it from my hand consulted with another lady behind the counter and slammed it back in the. Oh yet and said, “like I thought, one drink.” I then got a stern tone and said, “that’s fine but there are two drinks on the receipt,” she took it again and then got a little giggle and told the lady she consulted she should have told her there were two?! The other lady didn’t take our order but apparently neither of them were willing to look over the receipt carefully and even if they would have been right (which they weren’t) they could have been polite. I will never return. Horrible service!

We called in a mobile order this evening, 5/10/23 during the initial arrival home. We found that our food was not correct and they left items out. After my mother in law called they decided to throw a tantrum when I arrived to pick up the missing items. Told me that it wasn’t their F’ing problem. As I came back home my 13 year old step son came to me and said it looked like they spit in his drink. Without possibly knowing if it was correct we dumped the drink out. This is very unacceptable and we will never give them business again. We will be driving to another location for now on. Quit hiring rude and inconsiderate staff.

If I could not put a star at all, I would, but unfortunately I have to do at least one. Went to eat with my family and we got there around 9:30 and the drive thru was slammed, so we decided to go in since they don’t close till 10. We went to open the door and it was locked. 30 minutes before they closed, they even had a sign on the door saying they don’t close till 10 so there was no reason for them to have it locked.
