Qdoba in Beckley is one of our favorite lunch spots. The food is always hot and delicious, and the service is exceptional! The restaurant is clean and well stocked. It's definitely one of the best local places to eat.

Picked up a mobile order around 8:45pm on 10/28 and once I got back in my car by the side door I noticed employee walk out from behind the counter to the small tables (with gloves on) playing on his phone. There was also half smoked cigarettes laying on the table which was clearly employees (that explains the nasty smell I smelled). Very unprofessional and looks very bad to customers. I would definitely clean this up especially with competition about to open. Nobody wants to see people on their phone with gloves out in the lobby it smoked cigarettes laying on tables.

My family and I wanted to say thank you to the staff at Qdoba for their amazing, helpful, and friendly service. Not only did they offer samples but they were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our experience great.Also, we can't forget to mention that the food was delicious. Portions were more than generous aswell.A true 5 Star!
