Ordered thru doordash, we were shorted three items. I was still charged. Let starving. Washer said the store tried calling me. No record of a call . Tried to call, couldn't get thru. Horrible experience, and had to order more food. EL Patitio smokes them for quality. Never agian from there. Door dash made good, but 4 days to get money back.

Don't like getting taken for $12 for 40 cents worth of bottled water from Sam's.
We asked for water - expecting tap-water because all they had was sweet tea or sugared soda.
They charged us $2.99 each for 4 bottles of water they bought from Sam's for $0.10 - $0.15 each. Overt gouging.
So we frequent this restaurant almost every trip to WV when we go riding. We showed up around 8pm on Friday evening and the food was great. Fast forward 24 hours Saturday evening the group we rode with wanted to eat Mexican for supper and they served us supper a group of 9 and food was served fast and delicious. Fast forward 27 hrs later Sunday night we rode in at 8:50pm been riding for 11 hrs only eating breakfast. We rode about 130 miles and had detours on the way back, severe weather, wind, rain, fallen trees and downed power lines. We all were exhausted and hungry, I walked to the door and ask if they were open, knowing the sign on the window says closed at 8:00pm. The lady ask how many in our group and I said 6. She said come on in and we took the chairs off the table because they had already cleaned up for the day and they were so friendly and knew what most of us wanted to drink and eat. I did try 3 different entrees and they all were amazing. I highly recommend Casa Familia serving staff and the cook(s). I’m sure they wanted to be going home to be with their families about the time we rolled in but they didn’t hesitate to say come on in. Definitely will be going back, it’s the people like this that make our trips to West Virginia so memorable and we love it so much. Thank you for your hospitality and also for the great food.

Sunday night we came in from trails late. They were closing up already had chairs on tables. They told us to come on in and have a seat they would be happy to serve us. There was no rushing us to hurry out. I’m telling you this is the best place. I promise your first time there will not be your last.

Our group come to WV quite often. We have eaten here on almost every trip. This weekend we ate there all 3 evenings. Our groups enjoyed many different foods, all were amazing. The service is beyond what would be required. We thank the staff for the experience and their service.
