I arrived to this Starbucks today and I was quite disgusted by my findings. I arrived there and asked for a room with a king bed, as I am slightly obese and dont fit in anything smaller. They told me that they don't have rooms which was honestly quite disgusting and I think that they were making a statement about my weight. Anyway, I decided to order a lemonade but I didn't pay because I wanted to try it first. I waited for 10 whole minutes and my lemonade did not arrived. I took this action as honestly pretty phat phobic. Then, I tried to order only a few dozen donuts and they said that I can't order anymore than 10 donuts. Yet again, they were pretty phat phobic. I gobbled down my donuts and preceded to exit the building. I guess that the donuts were pretty fattening because I found that I didn't fit through the door. This was extremely embarrassing because my ex husband passed by when I was stuck and called me a... sorry it pains me to say this word, but fattie. No one helped me out the door which was again phat phobic. I would highly appreciate it if you expanded the door frame. #phat lives matter Warm regards, Clamisha

Kids were slammed, people were impatient but everyone handled it like a well oiled machine and great professionalism, good job everyone. Great job for a black Friday crew! Only problem I had was the music was to loud!

Was mad house over red cup day. Was very slow. Majority of staff was ok one in particular was very noticeabley unhappy about doing her job. Didn't even receive free red cup after over 40 minute wait on a mobile oder.

The shades were all pulled down so it looked like it was closed and only few cars. It was open and there were two customers in the corner. There was a small hallway to the right of the counter that was half blocked with a table that had an open notebook and you could see boxes stacked against back the walls like a store room. So I asked if the restrooms were over there - I’m pretty sure she rolled her Eyes when she answered yes. There was zero customer service or the Starbucks barista atmosphere that we have come to expect from Starbucks. She acted annoyed there were customers.

Ordered a pumpkin spice drink and a chocolate cake pop. As a baker, the cake pop was amazing! The drink was beautiful and tasty:) I used the restroom, ( very clean btw) and somehow managed to lose my phone briefly. After panicking, the sweet employee named nova kindly gave it to me. They were so lovely and nice, definitely deserves a raise! They were outstandingly kind and caring! Thank you Nova for your help!!! :)

This store was rather unremarkable to say the least. We came in because the drive thru was backed up 20 cars, which was weird for a Sunday…Anyway, we walked in and eventually the barista came to help us at the register.We waited for what it seemed like 25 minutes for our 2 sandwiches, an espresso, and a cup of water.I came back into the store to see if anything was ready after 15 minutes, and the sandwiches were ready with the water, but no espresso drink.I left the store for another 10 minutes, and came back in to find my drink finally sitting there. I then noticed they made it incorrectly, so I asked the bar barista if she would remake it and I asked her what to do with the wrong drink. She was pretty rude and condescending telling me she wouldn’t take it back when I didn’t even sip the drink. I simply looked at the tag and it was wrong.Whatever;She remade it and then I grabbed the drink, and she very condescendingly said “have a great day” like really rudely. I was so put off by her attitude, I didn’t even respond and walked out. Gos there are hundreds of stores everywhere, because not only was this store slow as molasses, but we definitely won’t be back. I know it doesn’t really matter to them because they still have plenty of customers, but the attitudes and overall service is very subpar…
