Awful tater tots tasted like they were cooked yesterday I told the lady instead of her cooking fresh ones she stated that she had just cooked them they were hard you couldn’t even chew it and never offered to cook fresh ones until after I had sat down about 10 mins at the point was no need and no refund stay away the food is horrific whatever happened to have it your way cooked fresh all the food was kept in a warmer the best thing about the 13.11 I spent was the orange juice wouldn’t recommend this Burger King to no one best thing was it was a clean place

The old short lady working the register had a idgaf attitude when I walked up. I said hello I need a double cheeseburger with ketchup only… and she said they don’t sell cheeseburgers by themselves. That you have to buy the kids meal…. What a joke.

my life was going great until I meet Christiana the casher. I told her I wanted 3 plain hamburgers she then responded with “we don’t do that but I can get you 4 plain whoppers though”. She pretty much placed my order having known me for 4 seconds. she took the price from $17 to $4 back to $12 and not sure why. There is nothing like the thrill of standing there while Christiana fills your bag with whatever she decided to give you If I flipped my car into their parking lot I would crawl 40 miles to the next McDonald’s.

Life changing Burger King experience. My son was shot in the eye 2 months ago and things have been rough for me. I've been trucking for 15 years and stopped by this Burger King to grab a quick snack around 1:03am two nights ago.Holycowwhat a burger. Check out the image good burger. The c heese, soauce , fries and pepper was quit good. I got rougyhly ~50 hashbrowns as a snack (for the road) so it was slightly expensive. The c.hees sauce was so good.Ignore other reviews, they must have been to a different King. I had it my way, and you will too;) /Vegetarian options: I saw a kid ask for a veggie burfger and the manager threw a XL DR pepper at his head,Parking: GoodKid-friendliness: Dr pepper

Asked him for #1 breakfast he charged me 13.56$Told him something is wrong #1 is $9.65 or some like that it can’t be total $13.56 he started being sarcastic passing me another cup of coffee another set of food I said I don’t need it than he tried to pass me his damn brush that he was mopping the floor and serving customers. Tried to call supervisor the number is out of service.Horrible experience. I like burger king but this guy ruined their experience. Supervisor if you care put the cameras on and look at behavior of your employee

I’m a trucker and went to the restroom before I was going to go look at the only restaurant open at this rest area/turnpike. I saw someone rush in and realized it was an employee when I was washing my hands. I took extra time to see if he was going to wash his hands. NOPE!! He walked straight back out after taking a piss. 11pm, but still! I told a lady coming out of the restroom not to eat there, then realized she was the manager (no uniform or name tag, blue t shirt). She confronted him and he punched or slammed on the door really hard. The man was behind the counter and I confronted him. He said, who cares?? I’m clocking out. I said, you just pissed, didn’t wash hands, and your hands are now on the counter. He then wiped his hands on the counter and said, SO!!?? I’m going home! Then grabbed the cash drawer to be counted, great!! Now touching where others were gonna touch soon as well. He started cussing and yelling, then used the touch screen monitor to clock out and slammed his clock out paper on the counter. The older lady manager just kept shaking her head and mouthing thank you to me. He is obviously an unruly employee already that they have issues with. He was a skinny younger white guy, dark brown hair at shoulder length, and had a scraggly beard…meth head type features and attitude.
No fries, no ice cream, subpar service. 3 Strikes, you’re OUT

The food had no heat to it what so ever !!!!! They took inflation here way to serious . The prices are through the roof . I get it's a travel plaza etc but come on . Those prices are for a rich man .
